Bu andan itibaren akademik bilimsel ve idari &ouml;zerkli\u011fini yitirmi\u015f olan &uuml;niversiteler, ya\u015famsal olarak anti demokratik-bask\u0131c\u0131 bir mekanizma ve bilimsel olarak; bilimi sermayenin hizmetine sokan; her biri bacas\u0131z birer fabrikaya d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015fm&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;r.<br \/> Gen&ccedil;lik sosyal bir kategori olarak her zaman ilerici ve devrimci d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;ncelere daha yak\u0131n olmu\u015ftur.   <!--more--> <\/p>\n<p> Bu gen&ccedil;li\u011fin yap\u0131s\u0131 ile ili\u015fkilidir, gen&ccedil;lik her d&ouml;nem i&ccedil;in ilericidir ve yeniyi arama refleksini ve dinamizmini i&ccedil;inde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131r. Bu y&uuml;zdendir ki her sistem, gen&ccedil;li\u011fi kendine ba\u011flamak onu d&uuml;zenin uysal bir par&ccedil;as\u0131 haline getirmek &ccedil;abas\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131r. Bu &ccedil;aba ile ili\u015fkili olarak bir&ccedil;ok d&uuml;zenleme yap\u0131l\u0131r; toplumsal- ekonomik -psikolojik &ccedil;ok y&ouml;nl&uuml; sald\u0131r\u0131lara maruz b\u0131rak\u0131r. 12 Eyl&uuml;l fa\u015fizminin temel hedeflerinden biri de devrimci dalgay\u0131 k\u0131rmak onun yerine depolitizasyonu ve pasifikasiyonu egemen hale getirmekti. Bu ba\u011flamda temel hedef devrimci gen&ccedil;lik ve &uuml;niversitelerdeki ayd\u0131n gen&ccedil;lik olmu\u015ftur. Y&Ouml;K b&ouml;yle bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n &uuml;r&uuml;n&uuml;d&uuml;r.  <\/p>\n<p> T&uuml;rkiye&#39;de 1960 y\u0131llar\u0131n sonlar\u0131 ve 1970&#39;li y\u0131llar toplumsal muhalefetin doru\u011fa &ccedil;\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131llar olarak an\u0131l\u0131r. Bu y\u0131llarda d&uuml;nyadaki devrimci dalgadan pay\u0131n\u0131 alan K&uuml;rt ve T&uuml;rk gen&ccedil; devrimciler mevcut d&uuml;zene s\u0131\u011fmayan idealler ta\u015f\u0131m\u0131\u015f ve devrimci sosyalist d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;ncelerin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131nda topluma n&uuml;fus etmesinde b&uuml;y&uuml;k rol oynam\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu somut durumla ili\u015fkili olarak bu co\u011frafyada iktidar iplerini elinde tutan g&uuml;&ccedil;ler bir b&uuml;t&uuml;n olarak gen&ccedil;li\u011fe sald\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Gen&ccedil;li\u011fin d&uuml;zene s\u0131\u011fmayan umutlar\u0131n\u0131n &ouml;n&uuml;ne ge&ccedil;mek ad\u0131na her biri tarihe ge&ccedil;en d&ouml;nemin gen&ccedil;lik liderlerini hedefe alm\u0131\u015f ve katletmi\u015ftir. Ancak bu sald\u0131r\u0131lar gen&ccedil;lik i&ccedil;inde beklenildi\u011fi gibi bir pasifikasiyon de\u011fil tam tersine ivme kazanan bir hareketlili\u011fe zemin haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu hareketlilikte Kemalizm&#39;in sopas\u0131 olan 12 Eyl&uuml;l uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n devreye ge&ccedil;mesine yol a&ccedil;m\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Bununla ili\u015fkili olarak devrimci dalgay\u0131 k\u0131rmak ad\u0131na &ccedil;ok y&ouml;nl&uuml; sald\u0131r\u0131lar geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve &quot;darbenin &ccedil;ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 &quot;en sonunda var edebilmi\u015flerdir. Bu g&uuml;n de devrimci idealleri sahiplenen gen&ccedil;li\u011fi sindirmek ad\u0131na bir&ccedil;ok uygulamaya tan\u0131k olmaktay\u0131z.  <\/p>\n<p> Ondokuzmay\u0131s &Uuml;niversitesinde, ge&ccedil;en y\u0131l d&uuml;zenlenen Y&Ouml;K&#39;&uuml; protesto eyleminden sonra okul rekt&ouml;rl&uuml;\u011f&uuml; taraf\u0131ndan Devrimci-Yurtsever &ouml;\u011frencilerin bir b&ouml;l&uuml;m&uuml;ne soru\u015fturma a&ccedil;\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Eylemde at\u0131lan &quot;E\u015fitlik, Karde\u015flik, K&uuml;rt Ulusuna &Ouml;zg&uuml;rl&uuml;k&quot; slogan\u0131, okul y&ouml;netimi taraf\u0131ndan &quot;milli birli\u011fi ve vatan\u0131n b&ouml;l&uuml;nmez b&uuml;t&uuml;nl&uuml;\u011f&uuml;n&uuml;&quot; tehdit etti\u011fi gerek&ccedil;esiyle Biri DS&Ouml;B&#39;&#39;l&uuml; ve ikisi DTP&#39;li olan K&uuml;rt &ouml;\u011frencilere, bu d&ouml;nem ba\u015f\u0131nda alt\u0131 ay okuldan uzakla\u015ft\u0131rma cezas\u0131 verildi. &Ouml;\u011frencilerin, e\u011fitim haklar\u0131 anti-demokratik kararla ellerinden al\u0131nd\u0131. Yap\u0131lan itirazlara ra\u011fmen verilen ceza geri &ccedil;ekilmemi\u015ftir. Bu ve buna benzer idari ve polisiye sald\u0131r\u0131lar b&uuml;t&uuml;n &Uuml;niversitelerde yayg\u0131n olarak ya\u015fanmaktad\u0131r. Devrimci-Demokratik &ouml;\u011frenci yap\u0131lar\u0131 &uuml;zerinde yo\u011fun bask\u0131lar geli\u015ftirilmekte; soru\u015fturma ve ceza ter&ouml;r&uuml;yle, \u0131rk&ccedil;\u0131-fa\u015fist odaklar kullan\u0131larak yap\u0131lan fiili sald\u0131r\u0131larla muhalif &ouml;\u011frenciler sindirilmek ve okulla ili\u015fi\u011fi kesilmesi ama&ccedil;lanmaktad\u0131r. Y&Ouml;K, &Uuml;niversitelerde &quot;politikay\u0131 bitirme&quot; gayesini a&ccedil;\u0131k tahamm&uuml;ls&uuml;zl&uuml;kle sergilemekten ka&ccedil;\u0131nmamaktad\u0131r.&quot;Politikay\u0131 bitirme &quot;jargonuyla as\u0131l hedeflerinin; Devrimci-sosyalist &ouml;\u011frenci &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve akademik-demokratik m&uuml;cadeleyi tasfiye etmek oldu\u011fu biliniyor. \u0130stenilen &ouml;\u011frenci prototipi edilgen, apolitik, devlet&ccedil;i hepsinin toplam\u0131 tek tiple\u015fen gen&ccedil;lik yap\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r. Kampuslar adeta k\u0131\u015fla bi&ccedil;imine d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;r&uuml;lerek &ouml;\u011frenci e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 s&ouml;m&uuml;rge d&uuml;zenin militer ihtiya&ccedil;lar\u0131na cevap veren, \u0131rk&ccedil;\u0131-gerici zihniyetle ku\u015fat\u0131lan, anti-bilimsel e\u011fitim m&uuml;fredat\u0131yla bilin&ccedil;lerin do\u011frand\u0131\u011f\u0131 alanlar haline getirilmektedir.  <\/p>\n<p> &Uuml;niversitelerde, devrimci-yurtsever gen&ccedil;li\u011fin ku\u015fat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve politik etki sahas\u0131n\u0131n zay\u0131flat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 d&ouml;nemde, y&uuml;kseltilen \u0131rk&ccedil;\u0131-\u015fovenizm zehrinin olumsuzluklar\u0131 hissedilir oranda artmaktad\u0131r. S\u0131n\u0131r &ouml;tesi operasyon sald\u0131rganl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g&uuml;ndemle\u015ftirildi\u011fi \u015fu s&uuml;re&ccedil;te, yarat\u0131lan toplumsal lin&ccedil; d&uuml;rt&uuml;leri &ouml;zellikle &Uuml;niversite kampuslar\u0131ndaki eylemli k\u0131\u015fk\u0131rtmalarla t\u0131rmand\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Y&Ouml;K&#39;&uuml;n, milli mesele kli\u015fesiyle ortak oldu\u011fu politikan\u0131n yans\u0131malar\u0131 ise &Uuml;niversitelerde, s&ouml;m&uuml;rgeci sava\u015f &ccedil;\u0131\u011f\u0131rtkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve K&uuml;rt halk d&uuml;\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bulmaktad\u0131r. Y&Ouml;K TSK yardak&ccedil;\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla, kraldan &ccedil;ok kralc\u0131 tav\u0131r tak\u0131narak yedek kuvvet roll&uuml;n&uuml; if\u015fa etmekte, d&uuml;zenin gelece\u011fi a&ccedil;\u0131s\u0131ndan duyduklar\u0131 &quot;kayg\u0131 ve tehditleri&quot; i\u015faret ederek s&uuml;recin derinle\u015ftirilmesinde aktif hizmetini esirgememektedir. Y&Ouml;K, Dekanl\u0131k i\u015fbirli\u011finde Irk&ccedil;\u0131-Kemalist ve Fa\u015fist-Gerici g&uuml;&ccedil;ler harekete ge&ccedil;irilerek; Devlet-Ulus ayg\u0131t\u0131n\u0131n kirli &ccedil;\u0131karlar\u0131 i&ccedil;in &Uuml;niversite gen&ccedil;li\u011fini d&uuml;zenin fanatik eklentisi haline d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;rmek maksatl\u0131 &ccedil;ok y&ouml;nl&uuml; politik ve pratik m&uuml;dahalelerle s&uuml;re&ccedil; &ouml;rg&uuml;tlenmektedir. Gayr\u0131 me\u015fru misak-\u0131 milli s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda yapay b&ouml;l&uuml;nme paranoyalar\u0131 ve 84 y\u0131ld\u0131r empoze ettikleri i&ccedil; ve d\u0131\u015f tehdit alg\u0131s\u0131 &uuml;zerinden gen&ccedil;lik belleksizle\u015ftirilmekte, bilin&ccedil;lerin resmi &ccedil;izgi ve d&uuml;zenin kal\u0131plar\u0131yla doldurulmas\u0131 sonucu, gen&ccedil;li\u011fin enerji ve birikimi d&uuml;zene kanalize edilmektedir. Bu egemen politika da g\u0131das\u0131n\u0131 Kemalizm (eklektik bulama&ccedil;t\u0131r) ve onun uzant\u0131s\u0131 gerici resmi devlet ideolojisinden almaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> Resmi tarih hurafelerinde s\u0131ralanan kronolojinin yalan ve abart\u0131larla dolu oldu\u011funu tarihsel ya\u015fanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131 inceledi\u011fimizde g&ouml;zlemlemekteyiz. Osmanl\u0131 ve TC anlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bir kopu\u015fu de\u011fil, aksine olduk&ccedil;a kaba ve k\u0131l\u0131f de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f tekrar\u0131 anlatmaktad\u0131r.29 Ekim&#39;lerde kutlad\u0131klar\u0131 Cumhuriyet y\u0131ld&ouml;n&uuml;mleri bu ger&ccedil;e\u011fi de\u011fi\u015ftirmez. \u015eu s\u0131ralar nakarata &ccedil;evirdikleri &quot;misak-\u0131 milli, vatan-ordu-millet&quot; (millet kavram\u0131 ulus&#39;tan ziyade din birli\u011fini &ccedil;a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r) &ccedil;\u0131\u011f\u0131rtkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ger&ccedil;eklerin &uuml;zerini &ouml;rtemez. Cumhuriyet, Kemalizm ve resmi ideoloji kutsanarak ve gerekli g&ouml;rd&uuml;klerinde restorasyondan ge&ccedil;irerek, egemen-s&ouml;m&uuml;rge d&uuml;zenlerini s&uuml;rd&uuml;rmek istiyorlar. Tek millet, Tek devlet, Tek dil dayatmas\u0131 sistemin temel yap\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131, ink&acirc;r ve imha &ccedil;izgisinin stratejik ilkeleridir. TC egemenleri, bast\u0131rmak i&ccedil;in ne yapmalar\u0131 gerekiyorsa yapt\u0131klar\u0131, ezilen ulusun &ouml;zg&uuml;rl&uuml;k m&uuml;cadelesinden korkuyor ve s&ouml;m&uuml;rge d&uuml;zenlerinin sonunu getirecek birikimin bu sorun oldu\u011funu biliyorlar. Gelin hep birlikte konu ba\u015fl\u0131klar\u0131yla malum &quot;&ccedil;\u0131lg\u0131n T&uuml;rk efsanesini&quot; ele\u015ftirel akl\u0131n s&uuml;zgecinden ge&ccedil;irelim;  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Osmanl\u0131&#39;dan, TC&#39;ye ve g&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;ze, karart\u0131lmak istenen ger&ccedil;ekler&#8230;<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p> Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n &uuml;mmet&ccedil;i yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ihtiya&ccedil;lar\u0131na cevap vermemesi neticesinde 19.yy. ortalar\u0131nda Avrupa merkezli \u015fekillenen pan-t&uuml;rkist in\u015fa &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve emperyalist devletlerin onay\u0131yla yarat\u0131lmas\u0131na ba\u015flanan Ulus &ouml;rg&uuml;tlenmesi tarihsel s&uuml;reklilik yasas\u0131na g&ouml;re \u015fekillenmemi\u015ftir. S\u0131k&ccedil;a vurgulad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z gibi, ko\u015fullar\u0131n bir sonucu olarak, son &ccedil;arenin Devlet-Ulus ayg\u0131t\u0131yla egemenliklerini s&uuml;rd&uuml;rebileceklerini g&ouml;rd&uuml;klerinden tamamen &uuml;sten dayatmayla bu yap\u0131 kurumla\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. T&uuml;rk ulus modeli, boyunduruk alt\u0131nda tutulan halklar\u0131n iradesine yap\u0131lan kar\u015f\u0131-devrimci kimliksizle\u015ftirme, soysuzla\u015ft\u0131rma projesidir.20.yy&#39; \u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda, Balkan halklar\u0131n\u0131n verdi\u011fi m&uuml;cadeleyle ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131na kavu\u015fmalar\u0131yla, sava\u015f ve zorla ald\u0131klar\u0131 topraklar\u0131 yine sava\u015fla vermek zorunda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Birinci payla\u015f\u0131m sava\u015f\u0131na kat\u0131lma nedenlerini de k\u0131saca iki ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda belirtelim;  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Bir<\/strong>; Osmanl\u0131 y&ouml;netim ayg\u0131t\u0131 art\u0131k her a&ccedil;\u0131dan &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;lme ve &ccedil;&ouml;k&uuml;\u015f a\u015famas\u0131nda bulunuyordu. S&uuml;rekli toprak kaybetmekte, K&uuml;rt, Ermeni, Arap ve T&uuml;rkmen halklar\u0131n\u0131n hakl\u0131 isyanlar\u0131yla zay\u0131flamaktayd\u0131.1840 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u0130ngiltere&#39;nin dayatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ticaret antla\u015fmas\u0131yla s&ouml;m&uuml;rgele\u015fmi\u015flerdi. Feodal ve kapitalist s&ouml;m&uuml;r&uuml; ama&ccedil;lar\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fen dengelere yaslanarak s&uuml;rd&uuml;rmek istiyorlard\u0131. Payla\u015f\u0131m sava\u015f\u0131na dahil olup sava\u015ftan paylanmak hesaplar\u0131 vard\u0131.  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>\u0130ki<\/strong>; Bat\u0131&#39;da fetihle gasp etti\u011fi topraklar\u0131 kaybetmesi ve &ouml;nleyemedi\u011fi gerileme onu elde kalan\u0131 koruma ve Asya k\u0131tas\u0131na yay\u0131larak imparatorluklar\u0131n\u0131 s&uuml;rd&uuml;rme f\u0131rsat\u0131 do\u011furabilece\u011fini d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;n&uuml;yordu. Emperyal hayallerini ger&ccedil;ekle\u015ftirme arzusu sava\u015fa kat\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 kam&ccedil;\u0131lam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Yeniden cihan devleti olmak i&ccedil;inde &ouml;ncelikle Ermeni ulusunun k\u0131y\u0131m\u0131 ve tehciri yine di\u011fer uluslar\u0131n kendi zenginliklerini zorla ele ge&ccedil;irmek onlara makul geliyordu. Ermeni jenosidi su&ccedil;unu i\u015flemi\u015f, bir milyondan fazla Ermeni insan\u0131 ak\u0131l almaz vah\u015fetle katletmi\u015flerdir.  <\/p>\n<p> Ama t&uuml;m beklenti ve hesaplar\u0131 planland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi olmad\u0131. Sava\u015f cephelerinde a\u011f\u0131r yenilgiler alm\u0131\u015f, teslimiyet bayra\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ilk &ccedil;eken g&uuml;&ccedil; olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Resmi tarih anlat\u0131mlar\u0131nda s\u0131kl\u0131kla vurgulanan &quot;&Ccedil;anakkale sava\u015f\u0131&quot; da uyduruk safsatalarla empoze edilmektedir. Bug&uuml;n, \u0131rk&ccedil;\u0131-fa\u015fist propagandan\u0131n dayanaklar\u0131ndan biri olan &quot;&Ccedil;anakkale ge&ccedil;ilmez&quot; hik&acirc;yeleri, tarihin nas\u0131l y&uuml;zs&uuml;zce &ccedil;arp\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en bariz &ouml;rneklerinden biridir. Bize g&ouml;re, T&uuml;rk egemenlerinin emperyalist devletlere u\u015fakl\u0131k onlar\u0131n himayesinde de\u011fersiz ma\u015fal\u0131k rollerinin ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 &Ccedil;anakkale cephesinde pratikle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Orada Alman generallerin komutas\u0131nda bulundular. &Ccedil;anakkale hik&acirc;yesinin tersine \u0130stanbul&#39;da tek mermi patlamadan kar\u015f\u0131 taraf\u0131n i\u015fgaline boyun e\u011fmi\u015f, yenilgi antla\u015fmas\u0131na imza atm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Emperyalizme u\u015fakl\u0131k &ouml;rnekleri Kore, Yugoslavya, Afganistan ve L&uuml;bnan i\u015fgalleri ve sava\u015flar\u0131 boyunca s&uuml;regelmektedir.  <\/p>\n<p> Osmanl\u0131 imparatorlu\u011funun imzalad\u0131\u011f\u0131 teslimiyet m&uuml;tarekesi Mondros, \u015fimdi ki &quot;misak-\u0131 milli&quot; s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 &ccedil;izmedi mi?20 Ocak 1920&#39;de Osmanl\u0131 mebuslar meclisi misak-\u0131 milli s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 kabul etti. \u0130ngiltere, Fransa ve \u0130talya devletlerinin Osmanl\u0131 enkaz\u0131na b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 topraklar nas\u0131l oluyor da kutsal ve ebedi vatan oluyor?30 Ekim 1918&#39;de Mondros antla\u015fmas\u0131yla birlikte 5 milyon km&#39;lik s&ouml;m&uuml;rge par&ccedil;alar\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015f,770 bin km&#39;lik toprak par&ccedil;as\u0131na raz\u0131 olmu\u015flard\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, emperyalist devletlerce kendilerine b\u0131rak\u0131lan topraklarda ba\u015fka uluslar da ya\u015famaktad\u0131r.&quot;Bin y\u0131ll\u0131k T&uuml;rk yurdu&quot; a&ccedil;\u0131klamas\u0131 yaland\u0131r. Milli m&uuml;cadele s&uuml;recinin arka plan\u0131nda s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 belirleyen Mondros, sonras\u0131 Lozan&#39;la son \u015feklini alan g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015fme ve pazarl\u0131klar vard\u0131r. Milli m&uuml;cadele, emperyalizme kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131k temelinde de\u011fil onun icazetinde, emperyalizmin egemenli\u011fini kabullenme hareketidir. TC devletinin kurulu\u015funun temeli emperyalist kararg&acirc;hlarda at\u0131ld\u0131. TC&#39;nin 84 y\u0131ll\u0131k tarihi i\u015fbirlik&ccedil;ilik, ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k ve ba\u015fta K&uuml;rt halk\u0131 olmak &uuml;zere halklara d&uuml;\u015fmanl\u0131k tarihidir.  <\/p>\n<p> <strong>&Ouml;zerk-bilimsel, anadilde-paras\u0131z e\u011fitim m&uuml;cadelesini &ouml;rg&uuml;tleyelim!<\/strong>  <\/p>\n<p> Son s&uuml;re&ccedil;te y&uuml;kseltilen \u0131rk&ccedil;\u0131 \u015foven kudurganl\u0131k &Uuml;niversitelerde yap\u0131lan eylemlerle desteklenmektedir.12 Eyl&uuml;l darbesinin eseri Y&Ouml;K, s&uuml;re&ccedil;ten nemalanmak ve resmi ideolojiye ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g&ouml;stermek ad\u0131na &ouml;\u011frenci ve &ouml;\u011fretim elemanlar\u0131n\u0131 eylemli tav\u0131r almaya zorlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yine, K&uuml;rt halk d&uuml;\u015fmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131na kan ta\u015f\u0131yan okul d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki provokatif g&ouml;sterilere kitlesel kat\u0131l\u0131m ger&ccedil;ekle\u015ftirmi\u015f ya da bizzat kendi inisiyatifinde d&uuml;zenlemi\u015ftir. E\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131, s&ouml;zde bilim alanlar\u0131 TC devlet d&uuml;zenin niteli\u011fini de tart\u0131\u015fmaya yer b\u0131rakmayacak a&ccedil;\u0131kl\u0131kta g&ouml;steriyor. Kemalizm, T&uuml;rk&ccedil;&uuml;l&uuml;k ve Cumhuriyet \u0130lkeleri&#39;ne ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k soytar\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla asli i\u015flevlerinin s&ouml;m&uuml;rgeci- fa\u015fist d&uuml;zeni ya\u015fatmak oldu\u011funu beyan etmektedirler. Resmi tarih ve ideoloji ile &ouml;\u011frencilerin bilincini k&ouml;relten hurafeler ve politikalar devrimci ayd\u0131nlanma &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131yla te\u015fhir edilmeli, halklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ger&ccedil;ek e\u015fitlik-&ouml;zg&uuml;rl&uuml;k m&uuml;cadelesinde &uuml;niversite gen&ccedil;li\u011fi tarihsel sorumlulu\u011fu yerine getirmelidir. &Ccedil;\u0131lg\u0131nl\u0131k efsaneleriyle g&uuml;n&uuml; t&uuml;keten gen&ccedil;lik gelece\u011fini karartmaktad\u0131r. Bug&uuml;n&#39;den &ouml;rg&uuml;tlenerek, gelece\u011fi kazanaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Devrimci-Sosyalizm kavgas\u0131nda saf tutarak, burjuva d&uuml;zeni y\u0131kmak yolunda ad\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 h\u0131zland\u0131ral\u0131m&#8230;  <\/p>\n<p> 12 Eyl&uuml;l 1980 tarihinde fa\u015fist ordu darbesi ger&ccedil;ekle\u015fti. T&uuml;rkiye&#39;de muhalefet g&uuml;&ccedil;leri tasfiye sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131yla geriletildi. Ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131n\u0131n hepsi egemen d&uuml;zenin ter&ouml;r&uuml;nden nasibini ald\u0131. &Uuml;niversite kurumlar\u0131 da bu devlet ter&ouml;r&uuml;nden fazlas\u0131yla pay\u0131na d&uuml;\u015feni alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Darbeciler, &ouml;\u011frenci gen&ccedil;li\u011fi potansiyel tehdit olarak g&ouml;rd&uuml;klerinden fiziki, psikolojik ve &uuml;niversitelerin yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftiren yapt\u0131r\u0131mlarla pervas\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 yans\u0131tmaktan ka&ccedil;\u0131nmad\u0131lar.12 Eyl&uuml;l hukukunun &uuml;niversiteler &uuml;zerindeki denetim ve yapt\u0131r\u0131m arac\u0131 Y&uuml;ksek &Ouml;\u011fretim Kurulu 6 Kas\u0131m 1981 tarihinde kuruldu. Devleti koruma, onunla tam uyumlu e\u011fitim m&uuml;fredat\u0131 bu tarihten itibaren kurumla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak g&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;ze gelmi\u015ftir. &Ouml;zerk-bilimsel e\u011fitim alanlar\u0131 olmas\u0131 gereken &uuml;niversiteler, gen&ccedil;li\u011fin \u0131slah programlar\u0131na maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve toplumsal duyarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bitirilmek istendi\u011fi hapishanelere d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;r&uuml;lm&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;r. Y&Ouml;K ve e\u011fitim sisteminin yap\u0131s\u0131, adeta &ouml;\u011frencilerin tepelerinde &quot;demoklesin k\u0131l\u0131c\u0131&quot; misali korkutma ve cezaland\u0131rma arac\u0131 olarak salland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. E\u011fitimin piyasala\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, paras\u0131z-bilimsel e\u011fitim hakk\u0131n\u0131n ortadan kald\u0131rmak istenmesi, neo-liberal y\u0131k\u0131m sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131 alt\u0131nda diplomal\u0131 i\u015fsizlik ger&ccedil;ekli\u011fi &ouml;\u011frenci gen&ccedil;li\u011fin ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir. Devrimci-yurtsever gen&ccedil;lik hareketlerinin etkin ve birle\u015fik eylem pratikleriyle s&uuml;rece cevap olabilecek duru\u015f ta\u015f\u0131malar\u0131 ertelenmez zorunluluk olmaktad\u0131r.  <\/p>\n<p> \u015eimdilerde, &uuml;niversite gen&ccedil;li\u011finin i&ccedil;inde tutuldu\u011fu &ouml;\u011f&uuml;t&uuml;c&uuml; &ccedil;ark\u0131n a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bilinen bir olumsuzluktur. Akademik-demokratik taleplerimizi genel devrimci iktidar amac\u0131m\u0131zla birle\u015ftirerek sorunlar\u0131 a\u015fmak m&uuml;mk&uuml;nd&uuml;r. Ulusal ve toplumsal &ouml;zg&uuml;rl&uuml;k amac\u0131na hizmet etmeyen tutum ve yakla\u015f\u0131mlar Y&Ouml;K ve hizmetinde oldu\u011fu burjuva d&uuml;zeni geriletmek bir yana egemen d&uuml;zenin yeni ara&ccedil;larla &ouml;\u011frenciler &uuml;zerinde hegemonyas\u0131n\u0131 s&uuml;rd&uuml;rmesine yarar. &Ouml;\u011frenciler burs, har&ccedil;lar, ticari e\u011fitim, geleceksizlik, idari yapt\u0131r\u0131m ve cezaland\u0131rmalara kar\u015f\u0131 yerel-genel ili\u015fkisini kurarak birle\u015fik devrimci eylem platformlar\u0131 in\u015fa etmeli, &ouml;zerk-bilimsel, anadilde-paras\u0131z e\u011fitim hakk\u0131 i&ccedil;in m&uuml;cadele kararl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 b&uuml;y&uuml;tmelidir.  <\/p>\n<p> &Ouml;\u011frenci gen&ccedil;li\u011fin g&uuml;ncel a&ccedil;mazlarla sorunlar ya\u015famas\u0131 yan\u0131lt\u0131c\u0131 olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. K&uuml;rt ve T&uuml;rk halk\u0131n\u0131n sosyalizm, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k m&uuml;cadelesi tarihinde &ouml;nc&uuml;-ayd\u0131n rollerini nas\u0131l yerine getirdilerse, bundan sonrada onurlu kavgam\u0131z\u0131 omuzlayacakt\u0131r.
