Burada \u00f6nemli olan, bir sorunun kendisinin, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm program\u0131 ve yolunun \u00e7ok kararl\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde ilan edilmesi, bundan d\u00f6n\u00fclmezli\u011fin vurgulanmas\u0131d\u0131r! <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p> <!--more--> <\/p>\n<div>Tek ba\u015f\u0131na silah, silahl\u0131 eylem bir \u015fey ifade etmez. Bir program\u0131n bir irade olarak ortaya konulmas\u0131, bundaki \u0131srar\u0131n sergilenmesi ve s\u00fcreklile\u015ftirilmesine vesile olabildi\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde bir anlam kazanabilir. <br \/>O g\u00fcne dek \u00e7ok s\u00f6z s\u00f6ylenmi\u015fti, \u00e7ok eylem de yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Hatta bir\u00e7ok ayaklanma da ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015fti. Ancak bu ayaklanmalar \u00f6nemli etkiler yapmas\u0131na, belli izler b\u0131rakmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli olmu\u015f ve sonu\u00e7ta yenilgiye u\u011fram\u0131\u015ft\u0131. 1970&rsquo;li y\u0131llarda s\u00f6ylenen s\u00f6zlerin \u00e7o\u011fu ise havaya u\u00e7mu\u015f, sadece birer laf olarak kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. <\/div>\n<div><\/p>\n<div>Peki, K\u00fcrdistan halk\u0131n\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131 neydi? Ya\u015fanan yenilgilerin ortaya koydu\u011fu dersler neyi anlat\u0131yordu? K\u00fcrdistan halk\u0131n\u0131n kurtulu\u015fu nereden ge\u00e7iyordu, hangi program, hangi strateji ve m\u00fccadele \u00e7izgisiyle? Hangi toplumsal g\u00fc\u00e7lerin harekete ge\u00e7mesiyle?.. Temel sorular bunlard\u0131. Bu sorular\u0131n s\u00f6z ve teori d\u00fczeyindeki yan\u0131tlar\u0131 da tek ba\u015f\u0131na yetmiyordu. S\u00f6ylenen s\u00f6z\u00fcn do\u011frulu\u011fu ve yerindeli\u011fi kadar, ifade edilen s\u00f6zde samimiyet, ciddiyet ve tutarl\u0131k da \u00e7ok \u00f6nemliydi. <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>K\u00fcrdistan sorunu, d\u00f6rde par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015f devletleraras\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrge bir \u00fclkenin ulusal ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve ulusal kurtulu\u015f sorunuydu. Par\u00e7alanm\u0131\u015fl\u0131k, s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci egemenlik zora ve g\u00fcce dayan\u0131yordu. Zor ve g\u00fc\u00e7 olmadan ulusal ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck do\u011frultusunda s\u00f6ylenecek her s\u00f6z, u\u00e7up giden bir salt s\u00f6z olarak kalmaya mahk\u00fbmdu. Kendi kaderini tay\u0131n hakk\u0131, kendi gelece\u011fi \u00fczerinde s\u00f6z ve karar sahibi olmak, ancak g\u00fc\u00e7 olmaktan ge\u00e7iyordu. <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Demek ki, g\u00fc\u00e7 olmak, g\u00fc\u00e7 sahibi olmak, sorunun can al\u0131c\u0131 noktas\u0131yd\u0131! <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Peki, g\u00fc\u00e7 olmak ne anlama geliyordu? Nas\u0131l ve neyle g\u00fc\u00e7 haline gelinebilirdi?<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Sadece s\u00f6zle mi, salt silahla m\u0131? Siyasetsiz, programs\u0131z \u00f6rg\u00fctlerle mi? Yoksa ba\u015fka ara\u00e7 ve silahlarla m\u0131, bunlar\u0131n uygun bir bire\u015fimi ile mi? <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>G\u00fc\u00e7 olma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmek \u00e7ok \u00f6nemliydi, ama bunun yolunu, y\u00f6ntemlerini ve bile\u015fenlerini saptamak da en az onun kadar \u00f6nemliydi. Bu sorular bug\u00fcn de \u00e7ok yak\u0131c\u0131 bir bi\u00e7imde yan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 bekliyor. Asl\u0131nda bu sorular\u0131n yan\u0131t\u0131 verilmi\u015f ve pratikte kan\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, ancak \u0130mral\u0131 konsepti, b\u00fct\u00fcn yan\u0131tlar\u0131, ayn\u0131 anlama gelmek \u00fczere bilin\u00e7leri \u00e7arp\u0131tt\u0131\u011f\u0131, en az\u0131ndan tart\u0131\u015fmal\u0131 hale getirdi\u011fi i\u00e7in ya\u015fanan deneyimler \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu temel sorulara ve onlar\u0131n yan\u0131tlar\u0131na \u0131\u015f\u0131k tutmak bir zorunluluk olmaktad\u0131r!<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Bug\u00fcn K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131n temel sorunu politik g\u00fc\u00e7 olmakt\u0131r. Dikkat edilsin, son otuz y\u0131ll\u0131k m\u00fccadelenin sonucu olarak K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci sistemden \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde koptu, belli bir ulusal bilinci olu\u015ftu, m\u00fccadele ara\u00e7lar\u0131na ve g\u00fc\u00e7lerine ula\u015ft\u0131. Yine Newroz bayramlar\u0131 kitlesel eylemlerle kutlan\u0131yor. Ama bunlar\u0131n hi\u00e7bir politik etkisi ve sonucu olmuyor. Yani K\u00fcrt halk\u0131 ne yaz\u0131k, bir g\u00fc\u00e7 de\u011fil! G\u00fc\u00e7 olmak, politik olarak belli bir etkiye ve yapt\u0131r\u0131m dinami\u011fine sahip olmak demektir. Neden g\u00fc\u00e7 de\u011fil, nas\u0131l g\u00fc\u00e7 olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131 veya h\u0131zla g\u00fc\u00e7 olmaktan uzakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131?<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>G\u00fc\u00e7, <strong>\u00f6ncelikle<\/strong> kendi sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 ve istemlerinin arka plan\u0131n\u0131 do\u011fru bir bi\u00e7imde tan\u0131mlamakla olanakl\u0131 hale gelir! S\u00f6m\u00fcrge ve par\u00e7alanan bir \u00fclkeyiz, kendi kaderimizi belirlemek istiyoruz, ama s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci sistem, onun arkas\u0131ndaki emperyalist d\u00fcnya d\u00fczeni bunun \u00f6n\u00fcnde engel. <strong>\u0130kincisi,<\/strong> bu tan\u0131m ve a\u00e7\u0131klama tek ba\u015f\u0131na yetmez, buna dayal\u0131 bir siyasal program ve stratejinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7 olman\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez ko\u015fuludur, hatta \u00f6nko\u015fuludur! <strong>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcs\u00fc,<\/strong> do\u011fru bir ideoloji, do\u011fru bir program ve strateji vazge\u00e7ilmez olmakla birlikte bunlar\u0131n uygulama ara\u00e7lar\u0131 da ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r; \u00f6rg\u00fct, uygun m\u00fccadele bi\u00e7imleri gibi&hellip; Bu \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6\u011fe kopmaz bir b\u00fct\u00fcn olarak alg\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve uygulama alan\u0131na konuldu\u011fu zaman halk\u0131n politik bir g\u00fc\u00e7 haline gelmesi, giderek halk\u0131n kendi \u00f6z davas\u0131n\u0131n sahibi galine gelebilmesi, yan\u0131 eskisi gibi ya\u015famay\u0131 reddetmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131 olanakl\u0131 hale gelir; bu, politik g\u00fc\u00e7 olma s\u00fcrecine girmek, kendi kaderini eline almak anlam\u0131na gelir!<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>15 A\u011fustos At\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ve ona yol a\u00e7an s\u00fcre\u00e7 bu ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi kan\u0131tlad\u0131. <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Bu anlamda 15 A\u011fustos, her \u015feyden \u00f6nce bir halk\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7 olma, kendi kaderine sahip olma iradesinin en \u00f6zl\u00fc, yo\u011fun ve tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z g\u00f6stergesidir! Onu dar bir &ldquo;\u015fiddet hareketi&rdquo; noktas\u0131na indirgemek, onun \u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc ve sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 anlamamakla e\u015fanlaml\u0131d\u0131r, ayn\u0131 zamanda ortaya konulan ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc cesaret ve fedak\u00e2rl\u0131klara sayg\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131k demektir! Daha da \u00f6nemlisi, bug\u00fcn\u00fcn sorunlar\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131mda ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm \u00e7abalar\u0131 konusunda samimi olmamak anlam\u0131na gelir!<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Evet, bug\u00fcn de K\u00fcrdistan halk\u0131n\u0131n en temel ihtiyac\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 olmakt\u0131r. <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u00fcnyam\u0131zda ge\u00e7erli olan, tek egemen yasa g\u00fc\u00e7 yasas\u0131d\u0131r! <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>G\u00fc\u00e7 olmak \u00f6nemli, hem de ya\u015famsal \u00f6nemde, ama ya\u015famsal \u00f6nemde ba\u015fka bir konu daha var: Nas\u0131l bir g\u00fc\u00e7, halk ve g\u00fc\u00e7 ili\u015fkisi, ba\u015fka bir ifadeyle g\u00fcc\u00fcn y\u00f6netimi nas\u0131l olmak zorunda sorusu da en az g\u00fc\u00e7 olmak kadar \u00f6nemli, hatta yine ulusal kurtulu\u015f deneyimimizin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve kan\u0131tlad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi ondan daha \u00f6nemlidir!<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>PKK, s\u00f6z\u00fc ve eylemiyle bir g\u00fc\u00e7 haline geldi, hatta s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde bir iktidar g\u00fcc\u00fc haline geldi ve \u00f6nemli ba\u015far\u0131lara da imza att\u0131. Ancak onda biriken iktidar g\u00fcc\u00fc, demokratik bir niteli\u011fe, demokratik bir y\u00f6netime ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmak yerine, tek bir ki\u015finin tekelinde yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131, merkezile\u015fti. Bu iktidar g\u00fcc\u00fc, giderek tersine i\u015flemeye ba\u015flad\u0131, \u0130mral\u0131 s\u00fcreciyle birlikte halk\u0131, ulusal kurtulu\u015f de\u011ferlerini vuran, onu TC&rsquo;nin hizmetine ko\u015fturan ve denetim alt\u0131nda tutan bir iktidar mekanizmas\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc! Bu, halk ad\u0131na yarat\u0131lan, halk\u0131n eme\u011fi ve kanlar\u0131yla olu\u015fturulan g\u00fcc\u00fcn, g\u00fc\u00e7 silah\u0131n\u0131n halka, halk\u0131n de\u011ferlerine, halk\u0131n gelece\u011fine do\u011frultulmas\u0131 demektir, halk\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczle\u015ftirilmesi, politik silahlardan soyundurulmas\u0131 demektir. Hele bug\u00fcn &ldquo;sava\u015f oyunu&rdquo; ile s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclen bu s\u00fcre\u00e7, tam anlam\u0131yla bir trajedidir, g\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00e7 boyutlar\u0131 olan bir trajedi&hellip;
