Bu dersler \u00fczerinde durman\u0131n bug\u00fcn ve gelecek a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan daha yararl\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6nce baz\u0131 kavramlar\u0131n anlam\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlamam\u0131z gerekiyor. <strong>Devrim,<\/strong> kurulu d\u00fczeni y\u0131kma ve onun yerine yeni bir d\u00fczen kurma eylemidir; bu eylem hemen hemen her a\u015famada, dar grupsal, \u00e7evresel, b\u00f6lgesel de\u011fil, kitlesel, toplumun ezici \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu taraf\u0131ndan me\u015fru g\u00f6r\u00fclen ve desteklenen, \u201culusal\u201d \u00e7apta geli\u015fen say\u0131s\u0131z eylemler s\u00fcrecidir! <strong>\u201cDevrim kitlelerin eseridir\u201d<\/strong> s\u00f6z\u00fc, bu durumu belli y\u00f6nleriyle \u00f6zetlemektedir. <strong>\u201cY\u0131kma\u201d<\/strong> ve <strong>\u201cYapma, yeniden kurma\u201d<\/strong>, bu ikisi devrim s\u00fcrecinin birbirine s\u0131k\u0131 s\u0131k\u0131ya ba\u011fl\u0131 iki boyutunu anlatmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Tunus ve M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen eylemler s\u00fcrecine bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kurulu iktidar\u0131, onun despotik, <strong>\u201cmodern\u201d<\/strong> monar\u015fik ve oligar\u015fik yap\u0131s\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck darbeler vurdu\u011fu, Tunus\u2019ta bunu \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fi, M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019da ise bunun <strong>\u201carifesinde\u201d<\/strong> oldu\u011fu s\u00f6ylenebilir. Devrim s\u00fcreci, Tunus\u2019ta iktidar\u0131 elinde tutan <strong>Zeynel Abidin Bin Ali<\/strong> ve ailesinin \u00fclkeyi terk etmeye zorlad\u0131, ancak onun kurdu\u011fu ve on y\u0131llard\u0131r y\u00f6netti\u011fi ayg\u0131t hemen hemen yerinde durmakta, kimi r\u00f6tu\u015flarla s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00a0Buna ra\u011fmen an\u0131lan <strong>\u201cmodern\u201d<\/strong> monark\u0131n devrilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 ve apar topar \u00fclkeyi terk etmek zorunda kalmas\u0131 politik anlamda devrimci bir geli\u015fmedir. Sokaklar\u0131 fetheden kitleler, bu geli\u015fmeyi yeterli g\u00f6rmemekte ve yeni bir devlet-iktidar yap\u0131lanmas\u0131 istemekte, bunun i\u00e7in \u201ceskinin\u201d tasfiyesini istemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019da ise H\u00fcsn\u00fc M\u00fcbarek iktidar\u0131 sallanmakta, bir bak\u0131ma <strong>\u201cg\u00fcn saymaktad\u0131r\u201d.<\/strong> Kimi tavizler, geri ad\u0131mlarla s\u00fcreci ge\u00e7i\u015ftirmeye,<strong> \u201cgitmemek\u201d<\/strong> i\u00e7in ayak diretmektedir. Ancak politik ve toplumsal me\u015fruiyeti, sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kalmayan bir iktidar\u0131n ayakta kalma \u015fans\u0131 hemen hemen kalmam\u0131\u015f bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Kurulu d\u00fczeni y\u0131kma ve yeniyi kurma anlam\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirdi\u011finde Tunus ve M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019daki geli\u015fmeleri tam anlam\u0131yla <strong>\u201cDevrim\u201d<\/strong> olarak tan\u0131mlamak g\u00fc\u00e7t\u00fcr; ancak bu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc\u011fe ra\u011fmen, 30 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn iktidar g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ellerinde tutan <strong>\u201cModern\u201d<\/strong> monarklar\u0131n y\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 ve di\u011ferinin y\u0131k\u0131lmak \u00fczere olmas\u0131 <strong>devrimci bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir<\/strong>; hen\u00fcz geli\u015fen ve y\u00fcr\u00fcyen, i\u00e7inde say\u0131s\u0131z belirsizli\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan devrim s\u00fcre\u00e7leridir\u2026 Bu nedenle Tunus ve M\u0131s\u0131r halk ayaklanmalar\u0131n\u0131, ayn\u0131 dalgada seyreden ve kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 etkile\u015fim i\u00e7inde olan <strong>\u201cDevrim S\u00fcre\u00e7leri\u201d<\/strong> olarak tan\u0131mlamak \u00e7ok daha do\u011fru bir de\u011ferlendirmedir.<\/p>\n<p>Kavramlar d\u00fczeyinde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bu hat\u0131rlatmalardan sonra an\u0131lan devrim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin kimi politik ve teorik sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na ge\u00e7ebiliriz. \u00d6nce birka\u00e7 politik sonu\u00e7: Bunlar belli y\u00f6nleriyle \u201cteorik sonu\u00e7\u201d olarak da alg\u0131lanabilir ve de\u011ferlendirilebilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bir:<\/strong> Bir iktidar ne kadar i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f deste\u011fe, yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve iyi kurumla\u015fm\u0131\u015f iktidar ayg\u0131t\u0131na sahip olursa olsun, aya\u011fa kalkm\u0131\u015f halk g\u00fcc\u00fc kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda dayanma ve ayakta kalma g\u00fcc\u00fc, olana\u011f\u0131 ve \u015fans\u0131 yoktur. Bir kez daha ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan, kan\u0131tlanan ve do\u011frulanan bu ger\u00e7eklik \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. Bu aya\u011fa kalkan g\u00fc\u00e7 verili olarak \u00f6rg\u00fcts\u00fcz ve <strong>\u201cpolitik bir \u00f6nderlikten\u201d <\/strong>yoksun olsa da bu yine b\u00f6yledir. <strong>\u201cDevrimler d\u00f6nemi bitti\u201d<\/strong> tespitinde bulunanlara bu ger\u00e7eklik bir kez daha hat\u0131rlatmak isteriz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130ki:<\/strong> g\u00f6rece ne kadar <strong>\u201cg\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz\u201d,<\/strong> da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k ve rutin g\u00fcnl\u00fck ya\u015fam\u0131n i\u00e7inde ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcrse s\u00fcrd\u00fcrs\u00fcn belli hedefler do\u011frultusunda birle\u015fmi\u015f ve aya\u011fa kalkm\u0131\u015f bir g\u00fc\u00e7, sokaklar\u0131 fethetmi\u015f, sokaklar\u0131 \u201ciktidar alternatifi\u201d haline getirmi\u015f bir halk hareketi, bu s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde, kendi <strong>\u201cy\u0131k\u0131c\u0131\u201d <\/strong>ve yap\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn bilincine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f, ruhsal donan\u0131m\u0131na ve derinli\u011fine ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu politik bilin\u00e7 ve <strong>\u201ckorku duvarlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fma\u201d<\/strong> cesareti ve ruhu, onlarca y\u0131lda kazan\u0131lmayan bir bilin\u00e7 ve ruh s\u0131\u00e7ramas\u0131n\u0131n kendisidir!<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00dc\u00e7:<\/strong> En kurumla\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve yo\u011funla\u015fm\u0131\u015f iktidarlar\u0131n halk hareketleri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile bu iktidar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda uzun y\u0131llar g\u00f6rece \u00e7aresiz ve zay\u0131f halk\u0131n kendi derinliklerinde ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 potansiyel \u201cY\u0131k\u0131c\u0131\u201d ve yap\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7 paradoksu, iktidar ve halk hareketlerinin \u201cpolitik davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131\u201d belirleyecek ve etkileyecek temel paradoks olacakt\u0131r. Bu paradokslar\u0131n bilinci veya bilin\u00e7sizli\u011fi <strong>\u201ctaraflar\u0131n\u201d<\/strong> politika yapma, ya da iktidar eylemlerinde \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli bir etken olacakt\u0131r\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00f6rt:<\/strong> \u00c7ok net g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc ki, aya\u011fa kalkm\u0131\u015f ve sokaklar\u0131-meydanlar\u0131 <strong>\u201ctarih yapan arenalar\u201d<\/strong> haline getiren halk hareketleri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda en donan\u0131ml\u0131 ordu ve polis g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin, d\u00fcnyaya h\u00fckmeden ABD gibi devletlerin mevcut ger\u00e7ekli\u011fi kabul etmekten ve belli y\u00f6nleriyle <strong>\u201cboyun e\u011fmekten\u201d,<\/strong> bunu yaparken orta ve k\u0131sa vadede geli\u015fmeleri kendi lehlerine \u00e7evrime taktiklerini izlemekten ba\u015fka \u015fanslar\u0131 yoktur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Be\u015f:<\/strong> Tunus\u2019ta ba\u015flayan M\u0131s\u0131r\u2019da zirve yapan ve di\u011fer Arap \u00fclkelerindeki halk hareketlerini tetikleyen kitlesel eylemler, bir kez daha g\u00f6sterdi ve kan\u0131tlad\u0131 ki<strong>, \u201cKurulu d\u00fcnyaya mahk\u00fbm de\u011filiz,<\/strong> <strong>\u201cBa\u015fka bir D\u00fcnya M\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u201d! <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An\u0131lan devrim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin toplumsal dayanaklar\u0131 ve bile\u015fenleri, \u00f6rg\u00fctlenmeleri, bunun belli ba\u015fl\u0131 boyutlar\u0131, \u201ciktidar\u201d, gelecekle ilgili y\u00f6nleri veya y\u00f6ns\u00fczl\u00fckleri gibi noktalarda teorik analizler yapmakta yarar var.
