B\u00fct\u00fcn farkl\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerin bast\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve susturuldu\u011fu, bunun da \u201ceski d\u00fczen kal\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131\u201d tan\u0131mlamalar\u0131yla me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir politik sistemin, ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n bu konudaki \u201ckusurlar\u0131n\u0131\u201d g\u00fcndeme getirmesi mant\u0131kl\u0131 ve m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir mi?<\/p>\n<p>Evet, sonuna kadar destekledi\u011finiz, eski ulusal hareketler, klasik s\u00f6m\u00fcrgecilikten kurtuldular, belli bir ulusla\u015fma ve geli\u015fme s\u00fcrecine girdiler. Bu s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 geli\u015fmelerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ortaya kaba ve geri despotik diktalar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Bunun b\u00f6yle olaca\u011f\u0131 az \u00e7ok biliniyordu. Ama i\u015fin bu boyutuyla hi\u00e7 ilgilenilmedi.<\/p>\n<p>Neden?<\/p>\n<p>Bu sorunun yan\u0131t\u0131 verilmeden bu konuda sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir teorik ve ilkesel sonuca ula\u015fmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Ulusal sorun da dahil say\u0131s\u0131z toplumsal ve politik sorun en genel anlamda iktidar sorunudur. O zaman devrimci sosyalizmin temel k\u0131r\u0131lma noktas\u0131 veya nirengi noktas\u0131 da iktidar sorunu kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ve duru\u015fudur.<\/p>\n<p>Mustafa Kemal ve di\u011fer eski ulusal hareketlerin \u201ci\u00e7 i\u015fleri\u201d ve i\u00e7yap\u0131lar\u0131, uygulamalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda ciddi bir ele\u015ftirel tavr\u0131n al\u0131nmamas\u0131, en geri burjuva demokrat\u0131ndan daha geri bir tavr\u0131n sergilenmesi, bir yan\u0131yla g\u00fcncel politik kayg\u0131larla, ama esas olarak iktidar teorisi ve somut kurumla\u015fmas\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki duru\u015fla do\u011frudan ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Denilecek ki, o toplumlarda ulusal hareketlerin bu toplumsal-s\u0131n\u0131fsal yap\u0131s\u0131ndan daha ileri bir yap\u0131 beklenemezdi. Ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 biliniyor!<\/p>\n<p>Bir yanda ulusal bask\u0131 ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci sistemi uygulayan g\u00fc\u00e7ler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda halklar\u0131n ve uluslar\u0131n ulusal ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck istemlerini ve m\u00fccadelelerini i\u00e7tenlikli olarak desteklemek, hatta bu sorunu ve m\u00fccadeleyi kendi sorunu ve m\u00fccadelesi olarak alg\u0131lamak ne kadar devrimci ilkenin bir gere\u011fiyse; yine bu noktada ulusal bask\u0131 ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci sistemi uygulayan g\u00fc\u00e7lerin paraleline d\u00fc\u015fecek yakla\u015f\u0131m ve tav\u0131rlardan ka\u00e7\u0131nmak bir zorunludur. Ama bunlarla birlikte ulusal hareketin \u201ci\u00e7 i\u015fleri\u201d ve g\u00fcnl\u00fck uygulamalar\u0131 ve yap\u0131lanmalar\u0131 ile gelecek tasar\u0131m\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ele\u015ftirel bir tutum i\u00e7inde olmak, onlar\u0131n her t\u00fcrl\u00fc olumsuz yap\u0131 ve uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131nda durmamak, bunu kapatan bir yakla\u015f\u0131m i\u00e7inde
