Ancak K\u00fcrtlerin bilincini buland\u0131rma, onlar\u0131 bu d\u00fczene ba\u011flama ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck istemlerini geriletme i\u015flevi vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Resmi T\u00fcrk ulus tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 restore etme, restore ederek yeniden \u00fcretme giri\u015fimi, TC\u2019nin de en son esneme marj\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcndemdeki \u201ca\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m s\u00fcrecinin\u201d de dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201ctemel\u201d bu olmaktad\u0131r. Bu, asl\u0131nda \u201cTek vatan, tek ulus ve tek devlet\u201d \u201cament\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fcn\u201d ba\u015fka bir ifadesidir.<\/p>\n<p>  <!--more-->  <\/p>\n<p>Bol \u201ct\u0131rnak\u201dl\u0131 bir yaz\u0131 yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n fark\u0131nday\u0131z. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc tart\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z konu, ger\u00e7ekten bilimsellikten, tarihsel ve toplumsal ger\u00e7eklikten yoksun bir giri\u015fimdir. K\u0131saca a\u00e7makta yarar var:<\/p>\n<p>Bir ulus yaratma ihtiyac\u0131, Osmanl\u0131 ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n ve Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netici s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n\u0131n 19. ve 20.y\u00fczy\u0131llardaki en temel ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131ndan biri olmu\u015ftur. Yarat\u0131lan ve geli\u015ftirilen milliyet\u00e7i ideolojilerin merkezinde bu ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Osmanl\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k, Pan-T\u00fcrkizm, Pan-\u0130slamizm ve Kemalizm gibi milliyet\u00e7iliklerin oda\u011f\u0131nda bir ulus yaratma hedefi var. Ayr\u0131nt\u0131ya girmiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>TC\u2019nin kurulu\u015f felsefesi ve TC\u2019yi var eden temel \u00e7izgi, Misak-\u00ee Milli s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde devlet eliyle ve zoruyla T\u00fcrk ulusunu yaratma, bu hedefle \u00e7eli\u015fen b\u00fct\u00fcn unsurlar\u0131 ink\u00e2r etme, yok etme, eritme ve asimle etme hedeflerini i\u00e7ermektedir. Bu \u00e7izgi, asl\u0131nda k\u00f6klerini \u0130ttihat Terakki F\u0131rkas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7izgisine uzanmaktad\u0131r. Ermeni Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131, bu \u00e7izginin ilk ve en deh\u015fet uygulamas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fka halklar\u0131n ve uluslar\u0131n ink\u00e2r\u0131 ve imhas\u0131 \u00fczerine kurulu bulunan bir ulus tan\u0131m\u0131, onu var eden devlet ve \u00e7izgi i\u00e7in herhangi bir ama\u00e7 de\u011fil, bir var olu\u015f ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fc\u015f gerek\u00e7esi olmaktad\u0131r. K\u00fcrt halk\u0131n\u0131 ve di\u011fer halklar\u0131 ink\u00e2r ve imha etmeyi kendi varolu\u015f ko\u015fulu sayan bir devlet ve \u00e7izginin, asl\u0131nda kendini yenileme, bu anlamda a\u015fma \u015fans\u0131, olana\u011f\u0131 yoktur. \u0130nk\u00e2r, imha, eritme ve asimilasyon, onun \u00f6z\u00fcd\u00fcr; bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir e\u011filime a\u00e7\u0131k olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Esneme, kendini yenileme ve a\u015fma \u015fans\u0131 olmayan resmi \u00e7izgi ve devletin, en fazla yapaca\u011f\u0131 ve bug\u00fcne dek yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fey, kavramlarla oynama, b\u00f6ylece resmi T\u00fcrk ulus tan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kabul ettirme ve \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc burada arama giri\u015fimi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir \u015fey olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bug\u00fcne dek egemenler cephesinde en \u201cileri\u201d d\u00fczeyde ortaya konulan rapor \u00f6zelli\u011fini ta\u015f\u0131yan SHP\u2019nin \u201cG\u00fcneydo\u011fu Raporu\u201d da buna en iyi ve somut \u00f6rnektir. Resmi \u00e7izgiyi ve o ba\u011flamda g\u00fcndeme getirilen \u201cA\u00e7\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131\u201d de\u015fifre etmenin en temel \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u00fc ulus tan\u0131m\u0131 ve bu ba\u011flamda uluslar ger\u00e7e\u011fi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki duru\u015ftur.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eunu \u00e7ok net biliyorlar: 86 y\u0131ll\u0131k resmi T\u00fcrk ulus teorisi, resmi \u00e7izgi iflas etmi\u015ftir. Son \u00e7eyrek asr\u0131n geli\u015fmeleri ve olaylar\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015f ve kan\u0131tlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki, K\u00fcrtleri resmi T\u00fcrk ulus tan\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7inde tutmak, K\u00fcrtleri buna s\u0131\u011fd\u0131rmak olanakl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Bu apa\u00e7\u0131k ger\u00e7eklik kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm olarak \u00fcretilen, resmi T\u00fcrk ulus teorisinin \u00f6z\u00fcne ve temellerine dokunmadan yeni kavramlar geli\u015ftirmek ve K\u00fcrtleri bu \u201cyeni\u201d kavramlar\u0131n i\u00e7ine s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak olmu\u015ftur. \u201c\u00dcst-kimlik\u201d, \u201cAlt-kimlik\u201d, T\u00fcrkiyelilik, Anayasal vatanda\u015fl\u0131k ve en son \u00d6calan taraf\u0131ndan ortaya konulan \u201cDemokratik T\u00fcrkiye Ulusu\u201d bu giri\u015fimlerin somut adlar\u0131d\u0131r. 86 y\u0131ld\u0131r TC\u2019nin ba\u015faramad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00d6calan eliyle ba\u015farmak istiyorlar. \u201c\u00dcst-kimlik\u201d, T\u00fcrkiyelilik gibi tan\u0131mlar, giderek geni\u015f bir \u201ctaraftara\u201d dayanmakla birlikte hen\u00fcz resmi d\u00fczeyde kabul g\u00f6rmemektedir. Son A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131m s\u00fcreci bu do\u011frultuda bir e\u011filimi ifade etse de ne kadar i\u015fe yarayaca\u011f\u0131 konusunda emin de\u011fildirler. \u00d6calan taraf\u0131ndan dillendirilse de K\u00fcrtler taraf\u0131ndan kabul g\u00f6rme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n zay\u0131f oldu\u011funu da biliyorlar.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye Ulusu\u201d tan\u0131m\u0131nda K\u00fcrtler, s\u00f6zc\u00fck d\u00fczeyinde var. Ama ulus ger\u00e7e\u011fi, ink\u00e2r ediliyor; ink\u00e2r, ger\u00e7ekli\u011finin \u00e7arp\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131, \u201cetnik unsur\u201d derekesine indirgemesi bi\u00e7iminde olmaktad\u0131r. Bu tan\u0131mda, b\u00fct\u00fcn \u201cunsurlar\u201d alt-kimlik olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor gibi yans\u0131t\u0131l\u0131yor. Ama bu \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir yan\u0131lsamad\u0131r. Ad\u0131na ne denirse denilsin, \u201ckucaklay\u0131c\u0131\u201d, kapsay\u0131c\u0131 olarak g\u00f6sterilen teori, resmi T\u00fcrk ulus teorisinin, cila tutmayan cilalanm\u0131\u015f bir bi\u00e7iminden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer halklar ve gruplar bir yana iki farkl\u0131 ulus olan T\u00fcrkleri ve K\u00fcrtleri, ortak bir \u00fcst-ulus kimli\u011finde b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015ftirmek, bunu birka\u00e7 kalem darbesi ve kelime oyunu ile ba\u015farmay\u0131 sanmak, sadece somut g\u00fcncel ve tarihsel ger\u00e7ekliklerle oynamak de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda kendi kendini de kand\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn yap\u0131lan bu\u2026<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrtler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan en s\u0131radan demokratik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn anahtar kavram\u0131, mihenk ta\u015f\u0131 \u015fudur: Kendilerini nas\u0131l g\u00f6r\u00fcyor ve tan\u0131ml\u0131yorlar? Yani bir ulus mu, yoksa \u201cT\u00fcrkiye ulusunun\u201d, b\u00f6yle bir \u00fcst-kimli\u011fin par\u00e7as\u0131, unsuru bir topluluk mu?<\/p>\n<p>\u00d6ncelikle bu soruyu do\u011fru ve ikirciksiz bir bi\u00e7imde yan\u0131tlamal\u0131d\u0131rlar. Asl\u0131nda bu sorunun kendisi ve yan\u0131t\u0131 \u201870\u2019li y\u0131llarda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. O d\u00f6nemde \u201cbir ulus muyuz, ulus de\u011fil miyiz\u201d sorusunun tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 bile anlams\u0131z ve geri bulunuyordu. Sorun \u015f\u00f6yle konuluyordu:<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrdistan bir \u00fclkedir, b\u00fct\u00fcn haklar\u0131 ve her \u015feyi elinden al\u0131nan ink\u00e2r ve yok edilmek istenen s\u00f6m\u00fcrge bir \u00fclke, K\u00fcrtler s\u00f6m\u00fcrge bir halkt\u0131r. Onun ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe ihtiyac\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele etmek ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r!<\/p>\n<p>Ancak ne yaz\u0131k, K\u00fcrt ulusunun kaderini ve gelece\u011fini kendisine ve ya\u015fam\u0131na ba\u011flam\u0131\u015f \u00d6calan, bu basit ger\u00e7ekleri ve onlar\u0131n bilincini tersy\u00fcz etmek, \u00e7arp\u0131tmak ve bunlar\u0131 resmi \u00e7izgi ba\u011flam\u0131nda yeniden \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in yo\u011fun bir \u00e7aba sergilemektedir. Bunun sonucunda bir\u00e7ok kavram ve de\u011fer tersy\u00fcz edildi\u011fi gibi ulus kavram\u0131n\u0131n da i\u00e7i bo\u015falt\u0131ld\u0131; dahas\u0131 resmi ulus teorisi bilin\u00e7lere ve bilin\u00e7 altlar\u0131na i\u015flemeye devam ediliyor. Bundan dolay\u0131 \u201870\u2019li y\u0131llarda tamamlanan tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 yeniden yapmak durumunda kal\u0131yoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Kendini ulus olarak tan\u0131mlamayan bir taraf\u0131n, kendini \u201cbar\u0131\u015f taraf\u0131\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlarken e\u015fit bir konumda g\u00f6rmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc? K\u00fcrt taraf\u0131 son 10 y\u0131ld\u0131r neden kendisini e\u015fit bir taraf olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fcyor? Rastlant\u0131 m\u0131?<\/p>\n<p>Kendi kendini tan\u0131mlarken bir \u201cunsur\u201d, bir par\u00e7a, bir \u201calt-kimlik\u201d olarak tan\u0131mlayanlar\u0131n, kendilerini ruhsal ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel olarak e\u015fit g\u00f6rmeleri m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc?<\/p>\n<p>Teslimiyet ve tasfiye \u00e7izgisi olan \u0130mral\u0131, K\u00fcrtleri her a\u00e7\u0131dan ve cephede silahs\u0131zland\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r; en \u00f6nemlisi de bilin\u00e7 ve ruh d\u00fczeyinde vurdu\u011fu darbelerdir\u2026 86 y\u0131ld\u0131r Cumhuriyetin yapamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak ve bunu b\u00fcy\u00fck bir pi\u015fkinlik ve pervas\u0131zl\u0131kla yapmak tarihimizin tan\u0131k oldu\u011fu en kapsaml\u0131 tasfiye hareketi de\u011filse nedir? Peki, bunun vebali az bir \u015fey mi?
