Bu durumun bundan b\u00f6yle de devam edece\u011fi kesindir!<\/p>\n<p>Kad\u0131n sorunu, k\u00f6kl\u00fc tarihsel ve toplumsal bir sorundur. Tarihi, s\u0131n\u0131fl\u0131 toplumlar, aile ve devlet kadar eskidir; esas olarak bu kurumlarla birlikte g\u00fcndeme gelmi\u015ftir!<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcne dek d\u00fczen s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ve d\u00fczeni a\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131z m\u00fccadeleler verilmi\u015ftir. Kad\u0131n kurtulu\u015fu ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc hedefi do\u011frultusunda verilen bu m\u00fccadelelerin toplumsal m\u00fccadelelerin \u00f6nemli bir bile\u015feni oldu\u011fu, ondan etkilendi\u011fi ve onu etkiledi\u011fi bilinmektedir. Ancak gelinen noktada t\u00fcm \u00f6nemli ve de\u011ferli kazan\u0131mlara ra\u011fmen genelde kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck sorunu, esasta ve bir\u00e7ok boyutuyla yeni y\u00f6nler kazanarak devam etmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu d\u00fczen, onun en \u00e7ekirdek \u00f6\u011fesi olan aile, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fan\u0131lan toplumsal yap\u0131 ve ili\u015fkiler, kad\u0131n\u0131n ezilme, s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclme ve k\u00f6lelik durunu yeniden \u00fcretmektedir. Toplumsal d\u00fczen, aile, bunlar\u0131n \u00fczerinde y\u00fckselen siyasal kurumlar ve k\u00fclt\u00fcr, bunlar\u0131n ideolojik yans\u0131malar\u0131 erkek egemenliklidir. Bu kurumsal yap\u0131lar\u0131n i\u00e7inde kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Kad\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve kurtulu\u015fu bu d\u00fczene ve kurumlara s\u0131\u011fmaz, tersine bunlar\u0131 devrimci bir tarzda a\u015fmakla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. Bu do\u011fru bir bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, do\u011fru bir m\u00fccadele \u00e7izgisini ve prati\u011fini ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r! Bu do\u011fru anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n 2006 8 Mart Bildirilerimizde \u00f6zetlendi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. K\u0131saca aktarmakta yarar var:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKad\u0131nlar\u0131n kurtulu\u015f, \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ve e\u015fitlik taleplerinin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131, ancak kendi \u00f6z m\u00fccadelelerinin eseri olmak durumundad\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck, e\u015fitlik ve kurtulu\u015f gibi de\u011ferlerin bah\u015fedilmeyece\u011fini, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kendisi, kendi \u00f6z deneyimleriyle biliyorlar. \u00d6z m\u00fccadele, \u00f6z bilinci zorunlu k\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bunlar, belli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerde dolayl\u0131 veya dolays\u0131z etki ve katk\u0131larda da bulunmu\u015flard\u0131r. Ancak kad\u0131n haklar\u0131, kad\u0131n \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc alanlar\u0131nda kazan\u0131lan temel ba\u015far\u0131lar ile genel toplumsal m\u00fccadeleler aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki kesin ve nettir. Toplumsal m\u00fccadeleler tarihi, son iki y\u00fczy\u0131ll\u0131k emek\u00e7ilerin m\u00fccadele prati\u011fi bunun say\u0131s\u0131z kan\u0131t\u0131n\u0131 sunmaktad\u0131r. 8 Mart gibi tarihsel bir g\u00fcn\u00fcn ve de\u011ferin alt\u0131nda emek\u00e7i kad\u0131n ve emek\u00e7i s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131n \u00e7ok y\u00f6nl\u00fc toplumsal m\u00fccadelelerinin, bu konuda \u00f6dedikleri say\u0131s\u0131z bedelin kesin damgas\u0131 vard\u0131r!\u2019 (Sosyalist-\u015eore\u015fger, 8 Mart 2006 Bildirisi)<\/p>\n<p>Ayn\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015f, kendi i\u00e7inde \u00e7eli\u015fkiler ve say\u0131s\u0131z olumsuzluk ta\u015f\u0131sa da K\u00fcrdistan\u2019da da do\u011frulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu do\u011frulanman\u0131n k\u0131sa bir \u00f6zeti:<\/p>\n<p>\u2018K\u00fcrdistan kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n siyaset sahnesine, daha do\u011fru ve tam deyi\u015fle ya\u015fam sahnesine \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131, kendi kimliklerinin bilincine varmaya ba\u015flamalar\u0131, ev ve dar sosyal \u00e7evrelerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir d\u00fcnyan\u0131n, daha ayd\u0131nl\u0131k, geni\u015f ve ya\u015fanabilir bir d\u00fcnyan\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n fark\u0131na varmalar\u0131, genel olarak, 1970\u2019li y\u0131llara denk gelmektedir. Ger\u00e7ekten de bu kadar m\u00fccadele eden, m\u00fccadele s\u00fcrecinde en b\u00fcy\u00fck fedak\u00e2rl\u0131klar\u0131 yapmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nmayan K\u00fcrdistan kad\u0131n\u0131, bu trajik durumu kesinlikle hak etmedi. Paradoksu ve trajedisinin \u00f6z\u00fc \u015fudur:<\/p>\n<p>Ulusal kurtulu\u015f \u00f6zlemleriyle m\u00fccadele saflar\u0131na kat\u0131lan kad\u0131n, bunun kad\u0131n olmaktan kaynaklanan konumuna vurdu\u011fu devrimci darbelerin b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn fark\u0131na varmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Ulusal-toplumsal kurtulu\u015f ile kad\u0131n kurtulu\u015f \u00f6zlemleri aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flant\u0131y\u0131 kendi deneyimi ile geli\u015ftirdi\u011fi bilinciyle kavrad\u0131 ve daha \u00e7ok m\u00fccadeleye sar\u0131ld\u0131, bu, onun i\u00e7in adeta bir var olu\u015f tarz\u0131 haline gelmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle yeniden tutsakl\u0131k \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck ad\u0131na yap\u0131ld\u0131, irade kazand\u0131rma ad\u0131na yap\u0131ld\u0131, yap\u0131l\u0131yor. K\u00fcrdistan kad\u0131nlar\u0131 her \u015feye ra\u011fmen m\u00fccadele ediyor, onlar\u0131n ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 m\u00fccadele potansiyeli ve dinamizmi de hi\u00e7 kimse i\u00e7in s\u0131r de\u011fildir! Ancak \u0130mral\u0131 teslimiyeti ile birlikte kad\u0131nlar\u0131n m\u00fccadele istekleri \u00e7arp\u0131t\u0131l\u0131yor, enerjileri ve eylemli duru\u015flar\u0131 bo\u015fa ak\u0131t\u0131l\u0131yor, t\u00fcketici bir rol oynuyor. \u00d6ncelikle bunun fark\u0131na varmak ve ard\u0131ndan \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir duru\u015f sergilemek gerekiyor.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrdistan kad\u0131nlar\u0131 ulusal kurtulu\u015f ve kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fckleri i\u00e7in \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bedeller \u00f6dedi, \u015fehitler verdi, \u00e7ok ac\u0131 \u00e7ekti. B\u00fct\u00fcn bunlara ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n anlam\u0131, kendi de\u011ferlerine ve \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fck hayallerine sahip \u00e7\u0131kmaktan, hayallerini kendilerinden
