Neo-liberalizm \u201cguru\u201dlar\u0131ndan Francis Fukuyama\u2019n\u0131n etekleri zil \u00e7almaktayd\u0131 \u00f6rne\u011fin: \u201cArt\u0131k d\u00fcnyada tek ba\u015f\u0131na egemen olan ekonomik sistem kapitalizm, politik sistem ise liberal demokrasidir. \u0130nsanl\u0131k tarihi bundan sonra kapitalizmin tarihi olarak ya\u015fayacakt\u0131r. Kapitalizmin \u00f6n\u00fcnde duran g\u00f6rev, geli\u015fmek, yay\u0131lmak, peki\u015fmek, zaaflar\u0131ndan ar\u0131nmakt\u0131r. \u0130nsanl\u0131k ise, ba\u015fka alternatif olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, kapitalist sisteme uyum sa\u011flama, onun kurallar\u0131n\u0131 en iyi bi\u00e7imde uygulama g\u00f6revi ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r. Ne var ki bu yeteneksizlik, onun i\u00e7in \u00f6l\u00fcmc\u00fcl de\u011fil. Kapitalizm bug\u00fcne kadar pek incelenmemi\u015f ve \u00e7ok az kavranabilmi\u015f bir g\u00fcc\u00fc, kendi sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne h\u00e2kim olma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ele ge\u00e7irmi\u015ftir. Kapitalizm k\u00f6t\u00fc i\u015flemesine ra\u011fmen ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesini bilir, hatta bu durumda kendine yeni bir g\u00fc\u00e7 bile \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131r; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcms\u00fczl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc onun \u00f6z\u00fcnde vard\u0131r.\u201d[17]Evet, neo-liberal Kilise\u2019nin papazlar\u0131na g\u00f6re kapitalizm, tam da \u201ck\u00f6\u015feye s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131\u201d bir anda sihirli \u015fapkas\u0131ndan yeni bir mucizeyi \u00e7\u0131kartarak bir s\u0131\u00e7rama daha yapm\u0131\u015f, rakibi \u201ckom\u00fcnizm\u201di siyaseten bertaraf edip tarih sahnesinden silerken, bir yandan da \u201cteknolojik\/elektronik devrim\u201dle birlikte, d\u00fcnya ekonomisinin \u00e7ehresini k\u00f6kten d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. \u201cNe yap\u0131l\u0131rsa yap\u0131ls\u0131n, Bilgi \u00c7a\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcreci i\u015fliyor. Tarihte ilk kez, hi\u00e7bir devletin, iktidar\u0131n veya siyasi g\u00fc\u00e7 grubunun m\u00fcdahalesine olanak tan\u0131mayan bir s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7indeyiz.
