K\u0131r\u0131nt\u0131 siyaseti yaparak mevcut g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ve kitlelerin deste\u011fini edilgenle\u015ftiriyor. Ortado\u011fu siyasal arenas\u0131nda; &#8221; miad\u0131n\u0131 doldurmu\u015f, tasfiye olmay\u0131 bekleyen bir hareket&#8221; s\u0131fat\u0131 ile an\u0131lmalar\u0131 bahsetti\u011fimiz &#8221;k\u0131r\u0131nt\u0131 dilencili\u011finden&#8221; \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Bu konuda yap\u0131lan analizlere bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, K\u00fcrdistani g\u00fc\u00e7ler ve T\u00fcrkiye solunun kavray\u0131\u015fs\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 daha somut g\u00f6zlemleye biliyoruz. Ezber bozulmas\u0131n diyerek ilkeleri reel politi\u011fe kurban edenlerden sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131-yap\u0131c\u0131 tutum almalar\u0131n\u0131 da beklemiyoruz. \u0130lgin\u00e7tir, deniz a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u00fclkelerde ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z g\u00f6zlem-sorgulama yetene\u011fine sahip ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 analizler bile kendine &#8221;sol, sosyalist ve ulusal kurtulu\u015f\u00e7u&#8221; isimler takan anlay\u0131\u015flardan daha tutarl\u0131 ve ileridir. \u0130mral\u0131&#8217;n\u0131n karasular\u0131nda kula\u00e7 atarak g\u00fcc\u00fcn ba\u015f d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc kolayc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na teslim olanlar ve \u0130mral\u0131 \u00e7izgisini ele\u015ftiriyor g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcp s\u0131rtlar\u0131 s\u0131vazland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda teslimiyet platformuna kapa\u011f\u0131 atanlar&#8230; Sizde be\u011fenmedi\u011finiz ayd\u0131nlar\u0131n sahip oldu\u011fu \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fc kabiliyeti, etik kayg\u0131 ve bilimsel cesaretin zerresi yoktur.<\/p>\n<p> \u0130mral\u0131 \u00e7izgisinin geldi\u011fi nokta, varaca\u011f\u0131 yer neresi ise, siz, ilkesizli\u011fi ilke edinenlerde pay\u0131n\u0131za d\u00fc\u015feni alacaks\u0131n\u0131z. B\u00f6ylesi ayr\u0131\u015fma ve safla\u015fma olgusu devrimci kurtulu\u015f m\u00fccadelesi i\u00e7in faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Ortal\u0131kta ayak ba\u011f\u0131 olan ara ak\u0131mlardan kurtulmak devrimci iktidar m\u00fccadelesinin \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131nad\u0131r. \u0130mral\u0131 teslimiyet \u00e7izgisi, ciddiyetsizli\u011fi teorik yaftalar ve i\u00e7i bo\u015f b\u00f6b\u00fcrlenmelerle halk\u0131m\u0131za kabul ettirmeye u\u011fra\u015f\u0131yor. Bu ciddiyetsizlik, feodal d\u00f6neme \u00f6zg\u00fc erk-iktidar ili\u015fkileriyle benzerlik ta\u015f\u0131yan, dinsel-tinsel anlat\u0131mlarla s\u00fcslenen ve monar\u015fik y\u00f6netim sistemini an\u0131msatan \u00f6\u011felerle bulamaca \u00e7evrilerek yeni bir &#8221;izm&#8221; havas\u0131nda g\u00f6sterilmek isteniyor. Teslimiyet ve tasfiye projelerinden &#8221;izm&#8221; \u00e7\u0131karan cehalete bu minvalde cevap vermekte ahlaki-siyasi bir zorunluluk olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p> Liberal-Teslimiyet\u00e7i cenah\u0131n s\u00f6zc\u00fcleri; Apo-&#8221;izm&#8221;i tan\u0131mlarken iddia&#8217;l\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 hissettirme istekleri bask\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fckmektedir. Yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda dikkat \u00e7eken ilk olgu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel gerilik, kuramsal bilgisizlik ve kompleksli manip\u00fclasyonlard\u0131r. Bu tutumlar\u0131yla komik duruma da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyorlar. Halk\u0131n g\u00fczel bir de\u011fimi var<em>;&#8221;Bilmemek ay\u0131p de\u011fil, \u00f6\u011frenmemek ay\u0131pt\u0131r.&#8221; <\/em>\u0130mral\u0131 cenah\u0131n\u0131n s\u00f6zc\u00fcleri b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fckl\u00fc d\u00fcnya g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc nedir, nas\u0131l-neye g\u00f6re izah edilir? Anlamaktan ve \u00f6\u011frenmekten bihaberlerdir. Apo-&#8221;izm&#8221;lerini, Marksizm&#8217;i a\u015fma temelinde dillendirip, kendilerini d\u00fcnyan\u0131n merkezinde g\u00f6r\u00fcyorlar&#8230; Psikiyatri biliminde bu t\u00fcr \u00f6rneklere konulan tan\u0131; \u0130defiks (saplant\u0131l\u0131) ruh hali ve paranoyak bozukluklard\u0131r. Siyaset biliminde ise; En genel tabirle likidat\u00f6rl\u00fck ve d\u00f6nekliktir. Haddini a\u015fan k\u0131yaslamalarda bulunduklar\u0131ndan biraz gerilere giderek ger\u00e7ekliklerinin anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r olmas\u0131 ba\u011flam\u0131nda bir \u00f6rnek verelim. Kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda&#8221; cahil cesaretine&#8221; sahip, ele\u015ftirilere kapal\u0131, benmerkezci ve agrasif-sald\u0131rgan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce mekanizmas\u0131 var.<\/p>\n<p> Onlar, Marksizm&#8217;le kendi eklektik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f par\u00e7ac\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131yasl\u0131ya dursunlar, bize g\u00f6re; Osmanl\u0131 y\u00f6netim bi\u00e7iminin kan\u0131ksanmas\u0131 ad\u0131na uygulanan y\u00f6ntemlerle k\u0131yaslamak gerekir. Biliyorsunuz, halifelik kurumunun miras\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 say\u0131lan padi\u015fah hem dini otoritedir, hem imparatorlu\u011fun tek sahibidir. Buyruklar\u0131n\u0131n kutsall\u0131k ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z kabul g\u00f6r\u00fcrd\u00fc. Vezirler ve Sadrazamlar vb. \u00dcmmet fikriyat\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde padi\u015fah\u0131n a\u011fz\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan s\u00f6zleri al\u0131r, m\u00fcgala sanat\u0131n\u0131n da incelikleriyle yo\u011furarak<em> &#8221; hikmetinden sual olunmaz&#8221; <\/em>do\u011frular haline getirirlerdi. Ayk\u0131r\u0131 ses veya ele\u015ftirel yakla\u015fmak an\u0131nda lanetlenir, ibret-i alem olsun diye en a\u011f\u0131r cezalarla susturulurdu. Ortado\u011fu&#8217;da k\u00f6k salm\u0131\u015f fundemantelist gericilikten beslenen iktidar mekanizmas\u0131na g\u00f6re imparatorluk s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ya\u015fayan uluslar birer kul-tebaa idiler. Her denilene uyacak, istenildi\u011finde k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 ku\u015fan\u0131p cephelere s\u00fcr\u00fclecek ve haraca ba\u011flan\u0131p kazanc\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 vergi ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda padi\u015faha<em>,&#8221;o mukaddes&#8221; <\/em>imparatorlu\u011fa verecekti. Kul&#8217;un fikirlerinin bir \u00f6nemi bulunmazd\u0131, buna l\u00fczumda yoktur. Yedi d\u00fcvele h\u00fckmeden cihan imparatorlu\u011funun halife kat\u0131nda padi\u015fah\u0131 ve onun saray&#8217;l\u0131 yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 ne g\u00fcne duruyorlard\u0131. Padi\u015fah\u0131n kudreti, dini rol\u00fc vb. bu tarihsel a\u015famadan sonra anlam-yapt\u0131r\u0131m g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc de t\u00fcketmi\u015ftir. Ama bak\u0131n\u0131z ki \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc bir tarihsel ironidir, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde K\u00fcrt ulusunun temsilini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen anlay\u0131\u015f toplumsal ge\u00e7erli\u011fini \u00e7oktan bitirmi\u015f iktidar mekanizmalar\u0131na \u00f6yk\u00fcn\u00fcp, ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k sorunu ya\u015fayan K\u00fcrt ulusunun enerji ve birikimlerini tek bir ki\u015finin ya\u015fam\u0131na endeksliye biliyor.<\/p>\n<p> S\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci devlete teslim edildi\u011fi vakit daha u\u00e7akta ulusal kimli\u011fini ret ederek, f\u0131rsat tan\u0131nmas\u0131 durumunda hizmet etmeye haz\u0131r\u0131m s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc veren dolay\u0131s\u0131yla teslim olan &#8221;\u00f6nderlik ger\u00e7e\u011fini&#8221; g\u00f6r\u00fcp, dayat\u0131lan teslimiyeti bertaraf etmeleri gerekirken tersi y\u00f6nde tav\u0131r tak\u0131nm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u0130mral\u0131 politikalar\u0131na angaje olup stratejiyi ve \u00f6rg\u00fctsel yap\u0131y\u0131 yaz-boz tahtas\u0131na \u00e7evirmi\u015f, sonras\u0131nda kadro ve yurtsever halk\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k amac\u0131 ile iktidar bilinci alt\u00fcst edilmi\u015ftir. PKK&#8217;yi varolu\u015f kimli\u011fi ve devrimci emek\u00e7i \u00e7izgisinden kopararak, \u0130mral\u0131 tasfiye projelerinin trampa arac\u0131 haline getirmi\u015flerdir. Art\u0131k &#8221;\u00f6nderlik&#8221; i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele edecek, onun sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve af edilmesi tek ve nihai hedef olacakt\u0131. S\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci sistem kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z duru\u015funu, stratejik vizyonunu t\u00fcketenler, onlarca y\u0131l gerilerden ba\u015flayarak ad\u0131m ad\u0131m geli\u015ftirilen lider k\u00fclt\u00fcne d\u00f6rt elle sar\u0131lacak, menk\u0131belerle, idealist kavramlarla, akl\u0131n ve bilimsel d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 zorlayan yak\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmalarla her y\u00f6n\u00fcyle d\u00f6k\u00fclen sahte evrensel-d\u00fcnyevi \u00f6nderlik zuhur etmi\u015flerdir. Al\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 okudu\u011funuzda Apo k\u00fclt\u00fcn\u00fcn bilim d\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, traji-komik yakla\u015f\u0131mlar\u0131yla kavrayacaks\u0131n\u0131z.<\/p>\n<p> <em>&#8221; Hi\u00e7bir felsefi tan\u0131mlama veya teorik yarg\u0131, tek ba\u015f\u0131na Abdullah \u00d6calan&#8217;\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00fcyle kendi kapsam\u0131na alacak bir geni\u015fli\u011fe sahip de\u011fildir.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em> &#8221; B\u00fct\u00fcn felsefi veriler ve \u00f6zellikle PKK&#8217;nin tarihsel geli\u015fimi, Abdullah \u00d6calan ger\u00e7e\u011fine, evrensel par\u00e7an\u0131n daha s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 bir b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc olarak bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, onun nispeten daha anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r olabilece\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. Onun ger\u00e7e\u011finin anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, evrensel ger\u00e7e\u011fin mant\u0131kl\u0131 bir par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm \u00e7eli\u015fkileri, t\u00fcm kaotik yap\u0131s\u0131 ve bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra yine ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc toplumsal uyum ile yine d\u00fczenlili\u011fi; kar\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n evrensel anlamda apa\u00e7\u0131k ve gizli birlikteli\u011fini ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Her \u015feyi kendine ba\u011flayan, iktidar hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 nevrotik d\u00fczeyde ta\u015f\u0131yan, kendi ya\u015fam\u0131 s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda satmayaca\u011f\u0131-teslim etmeyece\u011fi bir \u015feyi olmayan ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcden yana olan, g\u00fc\u00e7 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00e7aresizce boyun e\u011fen \u00d6calan&#8217;\u0131, bizler, yeterince tan\u0131yoruz. \u0130mral\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fi \u00d6calan&#8217;\u0131 ve onun politik \u00e7aps\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6rg\u00fctsel mekanizmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerindeki sis perdesini aralam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kongre sonu\u00e7 bildirgesinde;<em>&#8221; Demokratik Konfederalizm&#8217;in ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131 i\u00e7inde <strong>\u00f6nder Apo&#8217;yu ya\u015fa ve ya\u015fat<\/strong> kampanyas\u0131 olan Edi Bese hamlesiyle her t\u00fcrl\u00fc me\u015fru-demokratik eylemin geli\u015ftirilmesi kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor.&#8221;<\/em>KUKM&#8217;ni \u0130mral\u0131 adas\u0131nda bo\u011fmaya yeminli bir&#8221; \u00f6nderli\u011fi&#8221; ya\u015fa ve ya\u015fat diyenlerin, K\u00fcrdistan \u00fclkesinin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve K\u00fcrt ulusunun \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in s\u00f6yleyecek s\u00f6zleri de olmuyor.<\/p>\n<p> Apo-&#8221;izm&#8221; terimi \u0130mral\u0131 cenah\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131yanlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u015fa\u015f\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 de\u011fildir. Modern sava\u015f felsefesi, feda ve fedailik kimli\u011fi \u00fczerine materyaller, ulusal kurtulu\u015f devrimleri ve zindan direni\u015f\u00e7ili\u011fi hakk\u0131nda PKK tutsaklar\u0131 e\u011fitim evrelerinden ge\u00e7iriliyordu. S\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci sistemin yenilgisini getirecek ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazanacak \u00e7izginin devrimci kurtulu\u015f\u00e7uluk oldu\u011funu \u015fiarla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor, d\u00fczeni\u00e7ilik, reformizm ve liberal e\u011filim mahk\u00fbm ediliyordu. Bu ger\u00e7eklik sadece Kuzey K\u00fcrdistan ve T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;ye \u00f6zg\u00fcde de\u011fildir. Bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede devrimci m\u00fccadelelere kar\u015f\u0131 geni\u015f yelpazede kar\u015f\u0131-devrimci koalisyonlar kurulmu\u015ftur. Apocu hareket ve PKK i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7en olgular olsa bile ayn\u0131 anlama da gelmiyor. \u0130mral\u0131&#8217;da alenen, ulusal kurtulu\u015f \u00e7izgisine ve sosyalizme cephe alan, TC devletinden af isteyen, TC yurtta\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na d\u00fcnden raz\u0131 olan, K\u00fcrdistan ulusal dinamikleri \u00fczerinde tekel konumunu devam ettiren Apo-\u2018&#8217;ist&#8221;ler, di\u011fer yanda Mazlum, Kemal, Hayri&#8217;lerin zindan direni\u015f\u00e7ili\u011fi ve A\u011fit, Zilan, \u0130sa&#8217;lar\u0131n sava\u015f\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ulusal devrimci de\u011ferler yaratan emek\u00e7ilerin, yani, bizim PKK&#8217;mizin tarihsel k\u00f6kleri ve dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihsel miras ayn\u0131 de\u011fildir. \u0130lki ihaneti ve teslimiyeti, ikincisi de direngenli\u011fi ve devrimi simgelemektedir.<\/p>\n<p> Devlet\u00e7i-iktidarc\u0131 sosyalizme kar\u015f\u0131 ama TC&#8217;nin \u00fcniter yap\u0131s\u0131, resmi ideolojisi ve s\u00f6m\u00fcrgeci d\u00fczenine kar\u015f\u0131 de\u011fil. S\u00f6m\u00fcrgecili\u011fi me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131ran kavramlar a\u015f\u0131rmaktaki h\u0131zlar\u0131na yeti\u015fmekte imk\u00e2ns\u0131z.
