Ama TC, bundan \u0131srarla ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<p>Neden? <\/p>\n<p>Bu sorular\u0131n kestirme bir yan\u0131t\u0131 var: Tart\u0131\u015fma konusu olan politika ve uygulamalar, sadece tarihte kalan politika ve uygulamalar de\u011fil, TC&#8217;de, onun her politikas\u0131nda ve yap\u0131lanmas\u0131nda ete kemi\u011fe b\u00fcr\u00fcnen canl\u0131, g\u00fcnl\u00fck olarak katlanarak, her g\u00fcn yeniden \u00fcretilerek s\u00fcren bir ger\u00e7eklik. Tarih \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck oranda ihmal edilen g\u00f6\u00e7 ve isk\u00e2n politikalar\u0131, hem Cumhuriyet&#8217;e devreden T\u00fcrk\u00e7\u00fc devlet zihniyetini hem de bug\u00fcnk\u00fc etnik-dinsel kar\u0131\u015f\u0131m\u0131 kavramak a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece \u00f6nemli. T\u00fcrklerin i\u015flevi T\u00fcrkle\u015ftirme. Bu isk\u00e2n politikas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda K\u00fcrtler, Araplar, Bo\u015fnaklar, G\u00fcrc\u00fcler, Arnavutlar, \u00c7erkesler, \u00c7ingeneler, Lazlar, Ermeniler, Rumlar, Yahudiler, S\u00fcryaniler, Nasturiler ve Bulgarlar yer de\u011fi\u015ftiriyor. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Sistematik mi peki?<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Evet, hem sistematik hem de kronolojik. \u015e\u00f6yle ki, 1913&#8217;te Bulgarlar\u0131 hedef alan bir politika ba\u015fl\u0131yor. \u015eu anda Yunanistan&#8217;a ait olan topraklar o zamanlar Bulgaristan&#8217;d\u0131. Yani \u0130stanbul&#8217;a yak\u0131nd\u0131lar, ayr\u0131ca Bulgar ordusu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcyd\u00fc. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla, 50 bin Bulgar g\u00f6nderiliyor, onlar\u0131n yerine 50 bin T\u00fcrk-M\u00fcsl\u00fcman geliyor. <\/p>\n<p>Sonra Rumlara y\u00f6nelik n\u00fcfus politikalar\u0131 devreye giriyor. Bu s\u0131ralamay\u0131 Halil Mente\u015fe itiraf ediyor; &#8220;Bulgarlardan sonra s\u0131ra Rumlara geldi&#8221; diyor. 22 Ekim 1914&#8217;te, Rumlar\u0131 kovma politikas\u0131 durduruluyor \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc 2 g\u00fcn \u00f6ncesinde sava\u015fa girilmesi i\u00e7in, Almanya ile -mali yard\u0131m\u0131 da i\u00e7eren- bir anla\u015fma yap\u0131l\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00fczden, devletin bekas\u0131 i\u00e7in Rumlara y\u00f6nelik sald\u0131r\u0131lar durduruluyor. Rumlar, daha sonra, tehdit arac\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lmak \u00fczere i\u00e7 b\u00f6lgelere s\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor. 1914&#8217;\u00fcn sonlar\u0131nda bak\u0131yoruz, muhacirler Zeytun civar\u0131nda. Muhacirleri isk\u00e2n etmekte, g\u00fcvenli bir vatan yaratma amac\u0131 var. <\/p>\n<p>1915&#8217;in sonlar\u0131nda Ermeniler b\u00f6lgeden g\u00f6nderiliyor. 1916&#8217;n\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131nda ise K\u00fcrtlere y\u00f6nelik kapsaml\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u015fl\u0131yor. \u0130sk\u00e2n m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yeniden organize ediliyor, yeni komisyonlar kuruluyor. Tam bu s\u0131rada Rusya&#8217;dan K\u00fcrtler ka\u00e7maya ba\u015fl\u0131yor. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Niye ka\u00e7\u0131yorlar?<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunlar Osmanl\u0131 yanl\u0131s\u0131 K\u00fcrtler. Ruslar\u0131n K\u00fcrtleri kovmaya y\u00f6nelik bir politikalar\u0131 var. Rusya da bunlardan kurtulmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor ama \u00f6ld\u00fcrerek de\u011fil&#8230; 1917&#8217;de, Filistin&#8217;deki Yahudiler hedefleniyor. T\u00fcm bu olaylar \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 total projenin kronolojik etaplar\u0131 oluyor, yani bir sistematiklik g\u00f6r\u00fclebiliyor. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Yerinden edilmi\u015f olan toplam ka\u00e7 ki\u015fiden bahsediyoruz?<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Murat Bardak\u00e7\u0131, biliyorsun, &#8220;Tal\u00e2t Pa\u015fa&#8217;n\u0131n Defteri&#8221;ni 20 y\u0131l elinde tuttuktan sonra k\u0131s\u0131m k\u0131s\u0131m a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor. Oradaki bilgilerin 1915 sonlar\u0131na ait oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyorum. S\u0131rf &#8220;Talat Pa\u015fa&#8217;n\u0131n Defteri&#8221;ne g\u00f6re 1,5 milyon Ermeni&#8217;nin y\u00fczde 80&#8217;i tehcir ediliyor. Rus ordusundan ka\u00e7an, \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu K\u00fcrt 1,2 milyon civar\u0131nda M\u00fcsl\u00fcman var; 1 milyon K\u00fcrt, 200 bin T\u00fcrk diyebiliriz. <\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkler Ermenilerden bo\u015falt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f b\u00f6lgelere isk\u00e2n ediliyor. K\u00fcrtler de T\u00fcrk b\u00f6lgelerine da\u011f\u0131t\u0131l\u0131yor. On binlerce S\u00fcryani, Nasturi, \u00c7erkes, Arap, g\u00f6\u00e7ebe a\u015firetler&#8230; Anadolu n\u00fcfusu o zamanlar 12 milyon civar\u0131nda. Bu n\u00fcfusun \u00fc\u00e7te biri yer de\u011fi\u015ftirmi\u015f. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131z neler?<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Tezimin ana kurgusunu \u015fifreli telgraflar \u00fczerinden olu\u015fturdum. Anlamland\u0131rmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131m \u015fey, \u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmetin kendi operasyonel belgeleri &#8211; kongrelerde ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 kararlar falan de\u011fil. Kongrede bir karar al\u0131nabilir ama uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 bilemeyiz. Ancak bunlar, operasyon belgeleri. S\u00fcrg\u00fcn\u00fcn en yo\u011fun \u015fekilde uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fehir 141 bin 592 ki\u015fiyle Sivas, en az say\u0131da Ermeni&#8217;nin nakledildi\u011fi vil\u00e1yet ise 4 bin 381 ki\u015fiyle Konya.<\/em> <\/p>\n<p><em>ERMEN\u0130 tehciriyle ilgili say\u0131lar, Tal\u00e1t Pa\u015fa&#8217;n\u0131n kara kapl\u0131 defterinin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturuyor. Pa\u015fa, defterin tehcire ayr\u0131lan sayfalar\u0131nda \u00f6nce ne kadar Ermeni&#8217;nin zorunlu g\u00f6\u00e7e tabi tutuldu\u011funu yaz\u0131yor, arkas\u0131ndan tehcir kanununun imparatorlu\u011fun hangi vil\u00e1yetinde ve hangi sanca\u011f\u0131nda ka\u00e7 Ermeni&#8217;ye uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 liste halinde veriyor.<\/em> <\/p>\n<p><em>Defterde daha sonra, s\u00fcrg\u00fcne g\u00f6nderilmeyen Ermeni yetimlerin vil\u00e1yetlere g\u00f6re da\u011f\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 g\u00f6steriliyor ve bunu Ermenilerden kalan bo\u015f binalar\u0131n, istiml\u00e2k edilen gayrimenkullerin, \u00e7iftliklerin ve madenlerle imtiyazlar\u0131n k\u0131sa d\u00f6k\u00fcmleri takip ediyor.&#8221;<\/em> <\/p>\n<p>Yeniden Fuat D\u00fcndar&#8217;a d\u00f6n\u00fcyoruz. TC&#8217;nin Devlet ulus politikas\u0131n\u0131n kaynaklar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda \u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 bilgiler veriyor, de\u011ferlendirmelerde bulunuyor. D\u00fcndar&#8217;dan aktar\u0131yoruz: <\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;Co\u011frafi alan nas\u0131l belirleniyor?<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>\u0130ttihat\u00e7\u0131lar Anadolu&#8217;yu hedefliyorlar. Ermenilerin g\u00f6nderildikleri b\u00f6lgeler, mevcut Osmanl\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde ama gelecek bir devlet projesinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, bana g\u00f6re. Yani projenin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na at\u0131l\u0131yor Ermeniler. K\u00fcrtler ise i\u00e7inde. \u00d6rne\u011fin Talat Pa\u015fa, Rus ordusundan ka\u00e7an K\u00fcrtlerin Halep b\u00f6lgesinde isk\u00e2n\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Onlar\u0131n bug\u00fcnk\u00fc T\u00fcrkiye s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131na yerle\u015fmelerini istiyor, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu b\u00f6lgelerdeki M\u00fcsl\u00fcman n\u00fcfus s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131. Mevcut kayna\u011f\u0131n optimum kullan\u0131m\u0131 olarak&#8230; <\/p>\n<p><strong>Tam bir m\u00fchendislik dili kullan\u0131yorsunuz&#8230;<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>Belgelerin dili de epey so\u011fuk ve mesafeli. Bunlar\u0131 yazan Talat Pa\u015fa avukat; \u00e7ok zeki bir adam, pek \u00e7ok dil konu\u015fuyor, diplomatik dil ile \u015fifreli telgraflardaki dili birbirinden ay\u0131ran biri, tam bir &#8220;devlet adam\u0131&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Kitab\u0131n\u0131zda, devlet taraf\u0131ndan istenenin &#8220;kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma&#8221; oldu\u011funu, &#8220;birle\u015ftirme ve erime&#8221; ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi\u011fi takdirde &#8220;temizleme&#8221; yoluna gidilece\u011fini yaz\u0131yorsunuz. Kimler &#8220;kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131&#8221; ve kimler &#8220;temizlendi&#8221;?<\/strong> <\/p>\n<p>K\u00fcrtler kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. Ermenilerin, aradaki \u015fiddet politikas\u0131na bakmasan bile, ihtida edenler, el konulan \u00e7ocuklar da dahil olmak \u00fczere y\u00fczde 40&#8217;\u0131 hayatta kal\u0131yor. Onlar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Ermenilerin \u00fc\u00e7te ikisi kalmam\u0131\u015f.
