Bu hareket, kendisini anti-emperyalist, anti-globalist, anti-AB ve anti-ABD&rsquo;ci olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yor. &ldquo;K\u0131z\u0131l Elma&rdquo; olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan bu hareket, sa\u011fdan ve &ldquo;sol&rdquo;dan geni\u015f bir yelpazeyi kaps\u0131yor. Partilerden, Genelkurmaydan, bas\u0131ndan, &ldquo;sivil toplum&rdquo; &ouml;rg&uuml;tlerinden, burjuvalardan ve geni\u015f bir kitleden destek al\u0131yor. Perin&ccedil;ek&rsquo;in \u0130P&rsquo;i, MHP, TOB, Cumhuriyet gazetesi gibi&hellip; <!--more--> <\/p>\n<div \/>\n<div><\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;Alt\u0131n\u0131 s&uuml;rekli &ccedil;izdikleri temel noktalar, T&uuml;rkiye Cumhuriyeti&rsquo;nin ulusal egemenlik ve ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n elden gitti\u011fi, milli g&uuml;&ccedil;lerin bu temel de\u011ferler &uuml;zerinde titremeleri ve m&uuml;cadele etmeleri gerekti\u011fi noktalar\u0131d\u0131r. Kemalizm ve &ldquo;Cumhuriyet devrimleri&rdquo;, anti-emperyalizm, k&uuml;reselle\u015fme kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurgusu, milliyet&ccedil;ili\u011fi sol bir s&ouml;ylemle me\u015frula\u015ft\u0131rma &ccedil;abas\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir.&nbsp; <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Bu \u0131rk&ccedil;\u0131 \u015foven milliyet&ccedil;ili\u011fin derdi anti-emperyalizm ya da k&uuml;reselle\u015fme kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 de\u011fildir. Yine bunlar\u0131n derdi ger&ccedil;ek anlamda ulusal ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131k da de\u011fil. Kald\u0131 ki TC&rsquo;nin kendisi, emperyalizme kar\u015f\u0131 m&uuml;cadele i&ccedil;inde de\u011fil, kendisi de emperyalist hayaller pe\u015finde ko\u015fan, bu hayaller nedeniyle 1. D&uuml;nya Sava\u015f\u0131na kat\u0131lan Osmanl\u0131 Devletinin arta kalan devlet ayg\u0131t\u0131na dayanan, Yunan ve Ermeni kar\u015f\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve sava\u015f\u0131 sonras\u0131nda kurulan bir devlet&hellip; Bu devleti kuran kadro, Te\u015fkilat-\u0131 Mahsusa&rsquo;n\u0131n kadrolar\u0131d\u0131r. Te\u015fkilat-\u0131 Mahsusa Osmanl\u0131 \u0130mparatorlu\u011funu \u0130slami ve Turan&icirc; temeller &uuml;zerinde koruma ve Do\u011fu&rsquo;ya ta\u015f\u0131ma &ccedil;izgisinin vurucu &ouml;rg&uuml;t&uuml;d&uuml;r. Ancak I. Sava\u015fta bu &ccedil;izgi ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011fray\u0131nca, dahas\u0131 devlet &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;l&uuml;p da\u011f\u0131lma s&uuml;reci i&ccedil;ine girince devleti toparlama ve koruma tela\u015f\u0131na girdi&hellip; <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Devlet eliyle ulus yaratma projesi, asl\u0131nda bir \u0130ttihat Terakki projesidir. Bu projenin &ouml;z&uuml;, geriye kalan Osmanl\u0131 topraklar\u0131n\u0131 bir &ldquo;Vatan&rdquo; haline getirmek, bu vatan\u0131 yabac\u0131 unsurlardan temizlemek ve saf bir T&uuml;rk ulusunu yaratmakt\u0131r&hellip; Bu projenin ilk uygulamas\u0131 Ermeni Tehciri ve Soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131d\u0131r. Bu soyk\u0131r\u0131m hareketi, sava\u015f, askeri tedbirler ile a&ccedil;\u0131klansa da bunun ger&ccedil;ekle bir ilgisi yoktur. \u0130ttihat Terakki&rsquo;nin &ccedil;\u0131kard\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir &ldquo;G&ouml;&ccedil;&rdquo; yasas\u0131 var; bu yasada T&uuml;rk olmayan unsurlar\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fik alanlara da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131, hi&ccedil;bir alanda n&uuml;fusun y&uuml;zde onunu ge&ccedil;memeleri gerekti\u011fini &ouml;ng&ouml;r&uuml;lmektedir. I. D&uuml;nya Sava\u015f\u0131 bu projenin uygulanmas\u0131 i&ccedil;in &ccedil;ok uygun ko\u015fullar sunmu\u015f, bu ko\u015fullar bahane edilerek Ermeni Tehciri ger&ccedil;ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f ve bu tehcir tam anlam\u0131yla bir k\u0131r\u0131ma d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;r&uuml;lm&uuml;\u015ft&uuml;r. <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Sava\u015fta Osmanl\u0131 devletinin yenilgiye u\u011framas\u0131, \u0130mzalanan Mudanya M&uuml;tarekesi ve bunun sonucu b&uuml;y&uuml;k toprak kayb\u0131na u\u011framas\u0131, M&uuml;tareke ile olu\u015fan s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n Osmanl\u0131 Meclisi taraf\u0131ndan &ldquo;Misak-\u0131 Milli&rdquo; olarak tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131, Do\u011fuda Ermenilere, Bat\u0131da Yunanlara kar\u015f\u0131 olu\u015fturulan M&uuml;dafaa-i Hukuk Cemiyetleri, bu cemiyetlerde Osmanl\u0131 b&uuml;rokratlar\u0131n\u0131n ve Te\u015fkilat-\u0131 Mahsusa&rsquo;n\u0131n a\u011f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 T&uuml;rk devlet ulus ve TC&rsquo;nin de kaderini ko\u015fullayan etkenler olmu\u015ftur. <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Yunanlara kar\u015f\u0131 verilen k\u0131sa bir sava\u015ftan sonra Mudanya M&uuml;tarekesi ile &ccedil;izilen s\u0131n\u0131rlara denk gelen alanlarda Osmanl\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131 bir devlet kurulur. Bu devlet, resmi olarak Osmanl\u0131 miras\u0131n\u0131 reddetse de Osmanl\u0131 devletinin devam\u0131d\u0131r ve kendisini ulus devlet olarak &ouml;rg&uuml;tleme &ccedil;izgisine sahiptir. Misak-\u0131 Milli olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan s\u0131n\u0131rlar, asl\u0131nda Mudanya M&uuml;tarekesinin belirledi\u011fi s\u0131n\u0131rlard\u0131r. O g&uuml;nk&uuml; ko\u015fullarda bundan &ouml;tesine g&uuml;&ccedil;lerinin yetmedi\u011fini bilmektedirler. Bu s\u0131n\u0131rlar &uuml;zerinde bir ulus devlet kurmak, bir vatan ve ulus yaratmak eski \u0130htiyat&ccedil;\u0131lar\u0131n, Te\u015fkilat-\u0131 Mahsusa kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n, Osmanl\u0131 pa\u015falar\u0131n\u0131n, yan\u0131 TC kurucular\u0131n\u0131n milli program\u0131 ve de\u011fi\u015fmez stratejileridir. An\u0131lan s\u0131n\u0131rlar &uuml;zerinde &ldquo;Vatan\u0131 ve milletiyle b&ouml;l&uuml;nmez bir b&uuml;t&uuml;n&rdquo; olan bir ulus devlet, tek bir dil, tek bir vatan, tek bir ulus yaratmak, bu s\u0131n\u0131rlar i&ccedil;inde kalan halklar\u0131n, uluslar\u0131n, ulusal ve etnik gruplar\u0131n ink&acirc;r\u0131, imhas\u0131 ve k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir anlama gelmiyordu. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla di\u011fer halklar\u0131n, uluslar\u0131n ve etnik topluluklar\u0131n ink&acirc;r\u0131, imhas\u0131 ve k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131, TC&rsquo;nin bir var olu\u015f, bir kurulu\u015f ve varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s&uuml;rd&uuml;rme &ouml;zelli\u011fi olmu\u015ftur. Ku\u015fkusuz bu, normal bir ulusla\u015fma ve ulus devlet haline gelme durumu de\u011fil, hastal\u0131kl\u0131 ve hep sorunlu bir durumdur. Bug&uuml;n ya\u015fanan \u0131rk&ccedil;\u0131 \u015fovenizmin, anti-demokratizmin, militarizmin ve her t&uuml;rl&uuml; gericili\u011fin en temel nedeni, bir siyaset k&uuml;lt&uuml;r&uuml; ve ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 haline getirilen, gelen &ouml;zelli\u011fin kendisidir. Bu var olu\u015f ve kurulu\u015f &ouml;zelli\u011fine son verilmeden TC&rsquo;nin normal burjuva &ouml;l&ccedil;&uuml;lerinde demokratikle\u015fmesi m&uuml;mk&uuml;n de\u011fildir. Yani kendinden ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve temel haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131l\u0131 bir devlet ve toplum haline gelebilmek i&ccedil;in &ouml;ncellikle bu var olu\u015f &ouml;zelli\u011finin sorgulanmas\u0131 gerekir. 91 y\u0131l &ouml;nce ger&ccedil;ekle\u015ftirilen Ermeni K\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kabul etmek bir yana \u0131rk&ccedil;\u0131 \u015foven histeri dalgas\u0131n\u0131n bu kadar y&uuml;kseltilmesinin nedeni, esas olarak an\u0131lan sorgulaman\u0131n &ouml;n&uuml;ne ge&ccedil;mektir. Ermeni K\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sorgulanmas\u0131, ard\u0131ndan TC&rsquo;nin kurulu\u015f ve var olu\u015f felsefesinin, &ldquo;Devletin vatan\u0131 ve milletiyle b&ouml;l&uuml;nmez b&uuml;t&uuml;nl&uuml;\u011f&uuml;&rdquo; &ccedil;izgisinin sorgulanmas\u0131n\u0131n kap\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 da aralayabilecektir. Bundan dolay\u0131 d&ouml;rt bir yandan g&uuml;r&uuml;lt&uuml; kopararak, bu g&uuml;r&uuml;lt&uuml;y&uuml; &ldquo;anti-emperyalizm&rdquo; &ouml;rt&uuml;s&uuml;yle perdeleyerek Ermeni soyk\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 &uuml;zerine geli\u015febilecek tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 bast\u0131rmaya &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131rlar. <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>TC, kendisini bir ulus devlet olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yor ve bunu &ldquo;vatan\u0131 ve milletiyle b&ouml;l&uuml;nmez bir b&uuml;t&uuml;n&rdquo; olarak tabula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor, her t&uuml;rl&uuml; tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n &ouml;tesine ta\u015f\u0131yor. Burada devlet-ulus-vatan, birbirinden kopmaz bir &uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml;, bir b&uuml;t&uuml;n olarak kutsall\u0131k d&uuml;zeyine &ccedil;\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu &ldquo;kutsal &uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml;&rdquo; i&ccedil;inde de bir hiyerar\u015fik s\u0131ralama var. Devlet &ouml;nceliklidir. Ard\u0131ndan vatan gelir, sonra millet&hellip; Bu, anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131rd\u0131r. &Ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; vatan ve milletin kurucusu, deyim uygunsa yarat\u0131c\u0131s\u0131, koruyucusu ve s&uuml;rd&uuml;r&uuml;c&uuml;s&uuml; devlettir. O nedenle devlet birincil kutsald\u0131r. Devletin bekas\u0131 ve gelece\u011fi i&ccedil;in <strong>&ldquo;Karde\u015f katli bile vaciptir&rdquo;! <\/strong>Osmanl\u0131dan al\u0131nan bu &ccedil;izgi, TC ile birlikte yeniden &uuml;retilir, vatan ve millet edebiyat\u0131yla bilin&ccedil; ve bilin&ccedil;altlar\u0131n\u0131n derinliklerine kaz\u0131n\u0131r&hellip; <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>T&uuml;rk milliyet&ccedil;ili\u011finde vatan ve millet kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n devlet kavram\u0131yla &ouml;zde\u015f olmas\u0131, devletin ba\u015fat kavram olarak yer almas\u0131 ortaya koydu\u011fumuz &ldquo;Kutsal &uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml;&rdquo; aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiden kaynaklanmaktad\u0131r. Devlet ile an\u0131lmayan bir vatan ve millet anlams\u0131zd\u0131r. Yine &ldquo;B&ouml;l&uuml;nmez&rdquo; olan sadece devlet de\u011fil, vatan ve millet de b&ouml;l&uuml;nmez b&uuml;t&uuml;nd&uuml;rler; b&uuml;t&uuml;nl&uuml;k hem vatan ve millet ile ilgilidir, hem de &ldquo;Kutsal &uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml;&rdquo;n&uuml;n kendi b&ouml;l&uuml;nmez b&uuml;t&uuml;nl&uuml;\u011f&uuml; ile ilgilidir. <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>T&uuml;rk devleti, ulusun &uuml;st&uuml;ndedir, o nedenle ulus devlet kavram\u0131 ona pek denk d&uuml;\u015fm&uuml;yor. Uluslar\u0131n yarat\u0131lmas\u0131nda devletin hat\u0131r\u0131 say\u0131l\u0131r bir rol&uuml; var, ama T&uuml;rk ulusla\u015fmas\u0131nda bu belirleyici bir &ouml;nemdedir. O nedenle T&uuml;rk ulusunu &ldquo;devlet-ulus&rdquo; olarak tan\u0131mlamak, san\u0131r\u0131z, ger&ccedil;e\u011fin en do\u011fru ifadesi olacakt\u0131r. Devlet-ulus, devlet-vatan kavramlar\u0131 ya\u015fanan ger&ccedil;ekli\u011fin en do\u011fru ifadesidir. &ldquo;Devletin vatan\u0131 ve milletiyle b&ouml;l&uuml;nmez b&uuml;t&uuml;nl&uuml;\u011f&uuml;&rdquo; tabusu, dokunulmaz ilkesi TC&rsquo;nin devlet-ulus ger&ccedil;ekli\u011fini &ouml;zetler&hellip;<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Ermenilerin k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ve tehciri, K&uuml;rtlerin ink&acirc;r\u0131 ve imhas\u0131, tarihleri ve vatanlar\u0131yla b&uuml;t&uuml;n ulusal varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n yok edilmek istenmesi, di\u011fer halklar\u0131n, ulusal ve etnik gruplar\u0131n eritilmesi hedefleri &uuml;zerine kurulu bir devlet, bir vatan ve ulusla\u015fma sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, normal ve demokratik olabilir mi? Devlet, ba\u015fka halklar\u0131n k\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ve eritilmesini, kendisi i&ccedil;in var olu\u015f ve varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s&uuml;rd&uuml;rme gerek&ccedil;esi ve tarz\u0131 olarak belirlemi\u015fse, vatan kavram\u0131n\u0131 ve ulusla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 bu &ccedil;izgi &uuml;zerine oturtmu\u015fsa, bunu da bir ya\u015fam ve siyaset k&uuml;lt&uuml;r&uuml; haline getirmi\u015fse, devlet kurumla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n temeline bunu koymu\u015fsa, bunun i&ccedil;in \u015fiddetin her t&uuml;r&uuml;n&uuml; ve her t&uuml;r siyaset tarz\u0131n\u0131 mubah g&ouml;rm&uuml;\u015fse, orada normal ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir durumdan ve olgudan s&ouml;z etmek m&uuml;mk&uuml;n m&uuml;?<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Her t&uuml;r milliyet&ccedil;ilik, Kemalizm, dini gericilik, Perin&ccedil;ek t&uuml;r&uuml;nde devlet&ccedil;i solculuk, devlet-vatan-millet &uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml;s&uuml;nde neden her zaman ayn\u0131 ortak payday\u0131 dillendirmi\u015f, neden her kritik d&ouml;neme&ccedil;te bu &uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml;y&uuml; sald\u0131r\u0131 ve kar\u015f\u0131-m&uuml;cadele bayra\u011f\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r? Neden T&uuml;rkiye toplumunda devlet eksenli milliyet&ccedil;i siyaset anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131, duygular\u0131 ve k&uuml;lt&uuml;r&uuml; bu kadar g&uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml; ve derin? Peki, bu &ldquo;Kutsal &uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml;&rdquo; tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lmadan, sorgulanmadan, zihinlerden s&ouml;k&uuml;l&uuml;p at\u0131lmadan demokratik, halklar\u0131n varl\u0131klar\u0131na ve haklar\u0131na sayg\u0131l\u0131 bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve k&uuml;lt&uuml;r&uuml; geli\u015ftirmek m&uuml;mk&uuml;n m&uuml;? Peki, bu tart\u0131\u015fma ve sorgulama s&uuml;reci devrimci &ccedil;izgiden ve devrimci siyaset tarz\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z, ondan ayr\u0131 ele al\u0131nabilir mi? Ba\u015fka bir ifadeyle bu kadar derinlere k&ouml;k salm\u0131\u015f, devletin her yasas\u0131na, kurumla\u015fmas\u0131na, kadrosuna ve siyaset k&uuml;lt&uuml;r&uuml;ne sinmi\u015f bir dokunulmaz\u0131, &ldquo;Kutsal &uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml;&rdquo;y&uuml;, yani &ldquo;Devletin vatan\u0131 ve milletiyle b&ouml;l&uuml;nmez b&uuml;t&uuml;nl&uuml;\u011f&uuml;&rdquo; &ldquo;tanr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131&rdquo; taht\u0131ndan etmek, hatta taht\u0131n\u0131 sallamak devrimci bir &ccedil;izgi olmadan olanakl\u0131 m\u0131?<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Olanakl\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g&ouml;r&uuml;lm&uuml;\u015f ve son on y\u0131llar\u0131n prati\u011fi taraf\u0131ndan say\u0131s\u0131z kez do\u011frulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Reformcu anlay\u0131\u015flar ve e\u011filimler say\u0131s\u0131z kez iflas etmi\u015ftir. Devlet-millet-vatan &uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml;s&uuml;ne bula\u015f\u0131k sol-milliyet&ccedil;i, sol-\u015foven e\u011filimlerin demokratik ve olumlu bir rol oynamalar\u0131 ve etkide bulunmalar\u0131 da olanakl\u0131 de\u011fildir. <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;de demokrasi sorunu, bir iktidar ve devrim sorunudur. <\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>Demokrasi program\u0131, devlet-vatan-millet &ldquo;kutsal&rdquo; b&uuml;t&uuml;nl&uuml;\u011f&uuml;n&uuml; da\u011f\u0131tmay\u0131, &ccedil;&ouml;zmeyi ve a\u015fmay\u0131 hedeflemek durumundad\u0131r. An\u0131lan bu &ldquo;kutsal&rdquo; &uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml; ve onun neden oldu\u011fu k&uuml;lt&uuml;r a\u015f\u0131lmadan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve sonu&ccedil; al\u0131c\u0131 bir s\u0131n\u0131f m&uuml;cadelesini geli\u015ftirmek son derece g&uuml;&ccedil;t&uuml;r. Dolays\u0131yla sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve sonu&ccedil; al\u0131c\u0131 bir s\u0131n\u0131fsal m&uuml;cadelesi i&ccedil;in Devlet-millet-vatan &uuml;&ccedil;l&uuml;s&uuml;ne vurmak bir zorunluluk olmaktad\u0131r!<\/div>\n<p><\/p>\n<div>&Ouml;n&uuml;m&uuml;zdeki b&ouml;l&uuml;mde ulus devlet teorisi ile K&uuml;rdistan sorunu aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiyi de\u011ferlendirmeye
