Tersine \u0130ddianame, bu t\u00fcr tart\u0131\u015fma ve de\u011ferlendirmelerin \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc kesmek i\u00e7in net bir tutumu i\u00e7ermektedir. \u201cErgenekon, Genelkurmay ve M\u0130T ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 bir \u00f6rg\u00fct de\u011fildir\u201d h\u00fckm\u00fcyle bunu yapmaktad\u0131r. Yarg\u0131lama konusu yap\u0131lan Ergenekon ve unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131 s\u00fcreci, belli d\u00f6nemlerde \u00f6zel sava\u015f ayg\u0131t\u0131 i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f, say\u0131s\u0131z su\u00e7a bula\u015fm\u0131\u015f ve s\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde resmi yap\u0131 ve ayg\u0131ttan g\u00f6rece \u00f6zerkle\u015fmi\u015f, varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile devletin i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f politikas\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcnde bir engel olma e\u011filimi i\u00e7ine girmi\u015f unsurlar\u0131n tasfiyesi hareketidir. <\/p>\n<p>Tasfiyede egemenler cephesinde genel bir mutabakat olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, son bir y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te bu tasfiye s\u00fcreci AKP ve di\u011fer \u0130slamc\u0131 \u00e7evrelerin elinde \u201cRakiplerini\u201d dize getirme silah\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunlar, demokratikle\u015fme ve devletin kontrgerilla unsurlar\u0131ndan ar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 hareketi olarak sunulmu\u015f ve bu konuda kitlelerin, devlet ve demokrasi bilinci buland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. <\/p>\n<p>Yarat\u0131lan ve s\u00fcrekli pompalanan beklenti ile ger\u00e7ekli\u011fin kendisi ku\u015fkusuz farkl\u0131yd\u0131, gelinen noktada bu, \u00e7ok daha net anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla y\u00fcklenilen anlam\u0131yla Ergenekon ile resmi, yani s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 ve nitelikleri Savc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u0130ddianamesi ile konulan Ergenekon\u2019u kesin bir bi\u00e7imde ay\u0131rt etmek gerekir. Bu 30 y\u0131ll\u0131k tarihi ve bunun belli ba\u015fl\u0131 ve temel \u00e7izgi ve e\u011filimlerini, dinamiklerini tek ba\u015f\u0131na \u00d6calan ve onun en genel anlamda ajanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile a\u00e7\u0131klamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fc? M\u00fcmk\u00fcn diyenler, bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131n bilimsel oldu\u011funu iddia edebilirler mi? Bu iddialar\u0131nda samimilerse, \u00f6ncelikle savunduklar\u0131 tezlerini bir tarih felsefesine, y\u00f6ntemine oturtmak durumundad\u0131rlar! Nas\u0131l ki her \u015feyi, PKK ve 30 y\u0131ll\u0131k tarihi \u00d6calan ile \u00f6zde\u015fleyerek a\u00e7\u0131klamak, kendi ba\u015f\u0131na do\u011fru de\u011filse, ayn\u0131 bi\u00e7imde \u00d6calan ger\u00e7e\u011fini g\u00f6rmezlikten gelmek de o d\u00fczeyde do\u011fru de\u011fildir. <\/p>\n<p>Evet, 1986\u2019da ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen PKK 3. Kongresi ile birlikte \u00d6calan, PKK y\u00f6netimini gasp ederek tek ki\u015fiye dayal\u0131 despotik, her farkl\u0131 sesi susturma ve bast\u0131rma anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ve prati\u011fine dayal\u0131, farkl\u0131 seslerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleme mekanizmalar\u0131 \u00fczerinde bir iktidar sistemi kurdu. S\u00fcre\u00e7 i\u00e7inde bunun k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc ve psikolojisini kurumla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131 ve en geni\u015f halk kitlelerine yedirmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Politik ve \u00f6rg\u00fctsel \u00e7izginin belirlenmesinde bu iktidar sistemi tek belirleyici g\u00fc\u00e7 haline geldi, di\u011fer ki\u015fi ve \u00e7evrelerin ancak bu iktidar sistemine ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k ve o \u00e7er\u00e7evede bir anlam\u0131, bir s\u00f6z hakk\u0131 vard\u0131. <\/p>\n<p>Bu mutlak despotik iktidar sistemine ra\u011fmen b\u00fct\u00fcn PKK ve 30 y\u0131ll\u0131k tarihi \u00d6calan ve iktidar sistemiyle a\u00e7\u0131klamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir, bilimsel de de\u011fildir. \u015eundan dolay\u0131: Her \u015feye ra\u011fmen \u00d6calan\u2019\u0131n mutlak anlamda denetleyemedi\u011fi dinamikler vard\u0131, Bu, K\u00fcrdistan sorunun objektif yap\u0131s\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131yor. PKK, en az\u0131ndan en genel anlamda iki ucu olan paradoksal bir b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc anlatmaktad\u0131r. Bir ucundan \u00d6calan, di\u011fer ucunda Mazlum Do\u011fan var.
